A self contained, Tavistock town centre, ground floor retreat, a two minute walk from One Drake Road, Bedford Square and a five minute walk to Mount Kelly.

The small kitchen contains a ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and air-fryer. It has basic crockery, cutlery and glassware. It has a very small fridge. Not designed for cooking full meals but perfect for snacks, hot drinks and serving take away foods.

The shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. Towels are supplied.

The bedroom contains a double bed with bedside cabinets and reading lamps, a comfortable arm chair with reading lamp. Television with remote control and lots of channels. There are plenty of drawers and a small amount of hanging space. Dressing table and stool provided.

The studio apartment is self contained, located off Paddons Row, can only be accessed by its neighbouring property (Paddons) and is a 30 second walk from the main high street. Great morning coffee and lunch spot 1 minute walk away.

It is ground floor with no steps or stairs.

Not far to walk to town centre. The only problem I would say the key safe was a bit to high for a short person to reach. I'm only 4.9 and codnt reach it luckily my husband who is definitely tall waa OK to do it
