Welcome to Pacific Street Townhome, an AvantStay home!

Comfortable decor with private home feel and views of the ski area in downtown historic Telluride!

Walk into this beautiful three-level townhome from the alley south of Pacific Ave (facing Depot Avenue), accessing the patio facing south overlooking the ski area. On this main level, you will find a large living room with a leather queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Next to the living room is a full kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops, and a dining area with seating for eight guests. A half bath is located next to the kitchen as well. There is a small porch off of the front door that has seating and a gas grill.

Going upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite with a queen bed and large windows facing south and a walk-in closet. There is an ensuite bathroom in the master with double sinks, a steam shower, and a jetted tub.

Downstairs is the second bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink and separate shower. Down the hallway is the third bedroom with a twin bed and a full bed. Also on this lower level a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. A closet under the staircase houses the private washer and dryer.

The Pacific Street Townhomes are located in the heart of Telluride, just two short blocks to Lift 8 and the gondola station as well as Main Street (Colorado Avenue). This townhome has a parking spot for one vehicle in the driveway.

- There is no A/C at this property.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    Telluride holds a special place in my heart—I spent a season here back in 2001 before moving from Chicago to California, and it had been 10 years since our last visit. This trip was all about revisiting that magic, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!The home was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Our group of six (a family of four plus another couple) found the layout ideal, with great separation between the downstairs and upstairs bedrooms while still having a cozy common space to gather.The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook a couple of nights. There were plenty of towels, linens, and essentials, which we appreciated. The location is unbeatable—just 1.5 blocks from the gondola and within walking distance of countless restaurants. Having an urgent care next door even came in handy when one of us had an unexpected mishap on the ice!The only minor downside was the fireplace being inoperable, which would have been a nice touch in winter, but it didn’t take away from our experience. The property manager was fantastic—check-in was a breeze, and they were super responsive when we had questions about town, like where to grab groceries.All in all, this rental was perfect for our trip, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

    Great location for spring skiing with our family. The house was warm and cozy and the kitchen well stocked for making a few meals at home. Very easy walk to town for dinners out and the gondola for skiing access. Highly recommend!

    Avant stay was very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The only things that would have been nice would have been a heads up on the construction directly across the alley which began every morning at 7am with loud workers hammering/sawing. However there is construction ongoing around town. It wouldn’t have changed where we stayed but a head up for next time. Otherwise the house was located in a great spot to bike or walk anywhere in town! Would definitely stay again.

    The property was exactly as advertised with plenty of space for our group. Good location centrally located in downtown Telluride within walking distance to the gondola. Great views from the master bedroom looking right at the ski hill

    First, the duplex is in a good location close to town. But, as a rental property owner I do not understand why for a property that is quite expensive the carpets are filthy. Really, these carpets left black dirt on our feet and were very unsightly plus made the whole house feel dirty. They are beyond cleaning. Wish I could post some pics. Come on, spring for some new carpet.

    A group of friends and I rented this house for 4 nights in February and had a blast. It sleeps 8 comfortably, has terrific light in the master bedroom, a convenient front porch for apres and is only a couple minutes to Chair 8 / Gondola to start the day. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.
