PACIFIC BEACH Studio #1977 by the sea only 1.5 miles to beach & Pier

Small but comfortable place to stay for two people. But, finding a parking spot for the car was very difficult. Had to drive around the neighborhood for more than a mile each time to find a vacant parking spot.

Very basic accommodations but all I needed. No parking! Fortunately I was close enough to my son’s house so I parked my car there.

We were in town for my father in law’s wedding. This is a very nice, quiet and clean VRBO spot. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had the best visit! The rental is very close to the beach and so many restaurants. While there was no AC a fan is provided and it helped keep the place cool. Highly recommend!

The unit is small, but very clean and just what the description says it would be like. We did have problems with the WiFi - it would just cutout at times. Parking could be a problem, but we were lucky. Storage in the bathroom is very limited, and it would help if there were shelves over the toilet. Plastic cups or glasses to use in the bathroom would also be nice.

The size of the unit was perfect. It had all the necessities. It was a little warm later in the afternoon, the fans did help. The location was perfect close to everything. Overall we really did enjoy your stay. Thank you

Very cute, exactly as described, one bedroom. Breeze kept room cool but not cold and not hot. 1 mile from beach, close to stores within walking distance. (I like to walk 1 to 3 miles is walking distance). Felt very safe and neighboring people were very nice as well. Thank you!!!

I stayed in this unit for 4 months and enjoyed every minute of it! AMAZING location - a good walk to the beach and 2 blocks from the bay! Additionally the property was 2 blocks away from Garnet Ave, the main strip in Pacific beach with scattered cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops! Francesca (host) was incredibly communicating and accommodating when I would approach her with questions or concerns! Parking was always easy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting San Diego!

It was ok. The pictures were a bit deceiving. The space is dated, and has a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom. It is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Also, if one needs a dark space to sleep, this is not it. Although it is a nice sunny space, the blinds are very thin, and the light comes in strong at dawn. No clock anywhere. Street parking is sketchy. Daytime you are fine, late evening or past 11 PM you will be driving around in the neighborhood to find parking.
