Oxford Apartments 1 - Modern, beautiful apartment fully furnished

This was a great place to stay. The king bed was great. The kitchen nicely stocked with necessities. The hosts were extremely helpful when requested but otherwise left us alone. The only challenge is that driving into Oxford is challenging because of long-time road closures. Highly recommended.

Stayed in Apartment One on the ground floor for 5 nights in July. It was an excellent stay. Amanda was gracious enough to allow us to check in early on the day, as the apartment was already ready and we had arrived earlier than we thought. The apartment was just as pictured, with everything we could need. Very spacious, stayed cool with windows (no A/C), and all the kitchen items we needed. Neighborhood is very nice, no safety concerns. There are very pretty walks around the neighborhood and the nearby footpaths. Location was just what we were looking for- a bit of quiet and countryside feel very near Oxford. Lots of transport options despite the current closure of Botley Rd. We did them all! We had a rental car for longer trips but didn’t want to drive in the city centre. The A34 is right there and easily accessible. For city centre- Uber and taxi are a bit expensive since have to go around due to road closure, but good options if you’re tired! There’s a bus stop 5 mins up the Harcourt Hill Road that will bring you very close to the railway station (can walk pretty easily to city centre from there). There’s also a very pretty walk to the city centre that is about 2-2.5 miles.

The apartment was stocked with almost everything we needed including a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and electric teakettle. The only thing we wish we had was a clothes dryer, but a rack was supplied and we had enough time to let our clothes air-dry. Amanda and her husband were very friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful — country on one side and a bus stop on the other. Altogether a great place to stay in Oxford.

The property was ideal for our stay. Easily accessible off the Oxford ring road yet within walking distance (30 mins) of central Oxford with a good bus route as an alternative. Good access and parking (off-road). On the edge of the village with easy access to open countryside. Property is on one level and a decent size for two adults. It is very clean and well equipped throughout with a good shower. Owners live on site, but did not see them during our short stay. Would definitely book again.

From beginning to end, Amanda’s place was a 5-star experience. Spotlessly clean, large and airy, a quality bed and sheets and all the comforts of home, parking, everything in proper condition. We have NOTHING negative to say and believe this property will meet the most discerning visitor’s needs. This is a property we will try to come back to on our next trip.

A lovely flat – comfortable, bright, and quiet in the best location for visiting Oxford. There are a couple of wonderful nature trails right next to the flat, and the bus to Oxford is an easy five-minute walk away. The flat was immaculately clean, very well equipped and everything was in perfect order. The communication with the owners was superb – they live in the same building, and they were very responsive, friendly, and efficient.

This property was exceptional. The owners have thought of everything and tended to the smallest detail. You will feel like you're in a five star hotel in terms of quality! We loved it and would stay there again.
