Overlooks Riverwalk/King/Downtown

We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely the most charming little spot on the Riverwalk! Jazz music was playing on the TV as we arrived and everything was clean and readily available. Highly highly recommend! Incredibly good price, and the host was communicative and helpful. A five star stay without question!

We had a wonderful stay at our downtown apartment in San Antonio. Very quaint and lovely little place over the Riverwalk. Close to everything we wanted. The apartment itself is well appointed and super comfy and cozy! If we come back to San Antonio we will look into staying here again! Owner was always available and easy to communicate with! Great place all the way around!!

Place was absolutely adorable! Close to everything in town and had a good view of the river walk. There was a parking garage close by that the valets honked the horns constantly so I would recommend ear plugs for sleeping. Well stocked and felt very safe getting and out.

Perfect location and such a cute, quaint apartment. The apartment over looks the Love Lock Bridge. Very clean and comfortable. We walked everywhere because it is so convenient to the Riverwalk, Alamo, and restaurants. We will be back!!!

The place was just like in the pictures. It was really cozy, clean, and the location couldn’t be any better. Angela was very nice and helpful.

Great place! Very clean and has everything you need; Incredible location, very close to the river walk, San Antonio the saga church, and a HEB. At first we had a little trouble getting into the place, but Angela was very kind and helpful!

My husband and I were traveling for pleasure. The apartment was clean and well stocked for us. Beautiful old building. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Location was great, small coffee shop steps away (what more could you ask for). Outside conversations were heard late into night. But that’s the city. Would stay again.

The décor strikes the perfect balance between stylish and cozy, creating such a relaxing vibe.One of the highlights for us was the bed. It was incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed after long days out and about. We woke up refreshed every morning, which is such an underrated luxury when traveling.Overall, we loved everything about our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a genuinely enjoyable experience. We can’t wait to return!

The decorative space and close proximity to the River Walk.We cleaned the dishes and put the bath towel in the tub. We also locked the door on the way out.

Very cute charming apt. Close to anything you could possibly need. View was great, but the best thing about this place I think was the bed. It was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

Great stay at historic building downtown on riverwalk. The towels, blankets and bedding were all so soft and comfy.

Very nice accommodations. Furnished very cute with nice amenities, dish ware, towels, coffee maker…. Loved being right on the river and central to riverwalk activities. Good communications with host. Highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated, lovely place to stay. The property was very clean. I only have two complaints. One , the noise on the street with racing cars and loud talking individuals was very loud when we tried to sleep at 11 PM. Two , we were left with one chocolate and three decaf coffee pods (no regular) so we were unable to enjoy coffee before we headed out in the morning. A little upsetting as I really enjoy my coffee. Overall, I would rate an 8. Very quaint place to stay!

This apartment is super cute and clean! Love the view! It’s in a great location. We found free street parking close by. People can be a bit noisy on the patio but I put my earbuds in and it was fine. The host is amazing and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to others.
