Stayed Sep 29, 2025We visited in early October (which in my opinion is California’s best season/time of year!). The location is so close to Tamarack Beach -1 block! The unit comes with everything you could ever need; towels, beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon to cart it all around!I especially loved all the outdoor patio seating, including the private patio and the patio near the pool. The rinse off station is perfect! One for whole body, one for feet, and a hose to do everything else! Literally the best place we have stayed in Carlsbad so far. We would totally book again.Family consisted of Me & Spouse, 11 year old, 8 year old and 5 year old. We all fit just right!

Stayed May 4, 2025This condo is located wonderfully close to the Carlsbad beach-ocean, only steps away.. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. Has a nice patio with lounge chairs and picnic table. It’s on a nice quiet street!! Would definitely stay here again! Enjoyed our stay!!

Stayed Jan 28, 2025We walked on the beach every day, enjoyed the many restaurants of Carlsbad Village, and rested comfortably in the condo, with its up to date amenities. Birding was good for my birder husband, near here and at the nearby lagoons. Sad to leave on this So. CA sunny morning.

Stayed Oct 24, 2023Property was exactly as listed. Stayed here with my family of 4 for a week while visiting family. Walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and shops for everything you will need, off street parking as well as a bunch of street parking. Everything we needed within the unit, including a fully stocked kitchen. Only needed to contact the host once during our stay, and immediately got a response. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Location is fantastic. There is no AC there’s a portable AC so the bedrooms get extremely hot. The sheets are like sandpaper. The beds are hard. There are minimal cooking vessels are base issue with the communication with the property manager And the timeliness of concerns being addressed. The shower broke Friday. We let them know. They said they would have somebody out in the morning by 4 o’clock. No one had come out so we decided just to head up and go home since we had not been able to shower in 24 hours no accommodation or type of refund was offered. They said OK sorry for the inconvenience.
