I'm always nervous when booking a place to stay so far from home because you never know what you're going to get. Well this was everything it said it was and so much more. I truly felt like it was a home away from home. The location of this property is perfect if you want to be able to explore. Walking distance from all the attractions and minutes from the streetcar. I definitely suggest unloading your vehicle before parking as the garage is around the corner but so doable. The communication between the hostess and myself was great. She was very helpful and always quick to help and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in New Orleans. I will be returning!!

My stay accommodation worked out perfectly for 3 adults. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Canal Street, Jackson Square, restaurants, shops, live jazz venues, and many popular attractions. The location made it easy to explore New Orleans without needing to drive.In addition, several tour companies offered convenient pickup and drop-off service near the property, making sightseeing even easier.Our host, Michelle, provided excellent guides, detailed instructions, and helpful local recommendations that made check-in, parking, and navigating the city seamless. Her communication was prompt and informative throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting New Orleans.

Perfect location. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication with Michelle was awesome. The only downside is sleeping in the living room on a weekend night. Ear plugs weren’t adequate to drown out the noise from Bourbon street.

This property is a great location just a few steps from Bourbon street. It is well appointed and comfortable for a family of 4 with 2 teens. The music from the clubs and bars can be heard slightly but not enough to keep any of us awake. There is a ton of stuff to do with in walking distance, with street car and bus service nearby. Michell is a great host and had lots of information available regarding the property and things to do and get around.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The condo was very clean and the location was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better location everything was a quick walk away. The host was very informative and easy to reach if needed. I would suggest that you give this place a try.

Great communication as the trip approached made for a super easy check-in. Beautiful little condo with great sound proofing. The balcony faces Bourbon street, only half a block away, and the sound of the music from the bars was only faintly audible.

We loved our stay!! The apartment was so well designed and has great amenities. Well decorated, plenty of seating, loved the exposed brick walls.We loved having a balcony that overlooked Bourbon Street (though not directly on, it overlooks roof tops, we could still people watch a bit and listen to the music!). Apartment has great A/C if you happen to be there during the warmer months too. Loving having the access to a washer and dryer if needed. The property is also in a secured building which made us feel safe. Great location about a block off Bourbon so easy to walk to everything in the Quarter. We didn't have a car so no comments on the parking but you definitely don't need a car if staying here.Great communication once booked, very specific details about access, amenties, and the neighborhood. AS a planner I loved this! Quick responses to questions we had. Bonus that when we had a later flight and no one was checking in after us, we were able to leave our bags whicle we still explored. We'll book again for sure!Also highly recommend Palm and Pine for dinner!!!

We loved this quaint little place with perfect amount of space, comfortable bed and amenities. We walked and walked all over town and knew exactly how to get back. Will definitely be back!

The apartment is within walking distance of a couple neighborhoods. Plenty of sightseeing and shopping. This was our 4th time in New Orleans and our favorite place to stay so far. At the end of the day, it was so nice to go to a quiet, clean place away from the noisy activities of the French Quarter.

SO MUCH FUN! We had not been back to the area since a mission trip after the hurricane. So happy to see how vibrant the area was. This was the perfect place to stay. Parked in a garage around the corner and we could walk, trolley or Uber everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Communication was great! Would recommend to friends and family.

this was my billionth visit to new orleans, but my first time staying in the quarter. our host was VERY thorough with written instructions on parking, getting into the building, expectations while staying, and departure. for a one-bedroom apartment, there was ample room to spread out and get comfortable. i loved the separate dressing area with mirror, sitting chair, table, space for hanging clothes. the balcony was an excellent amenity. you could look out onto bourbon street and hear the music nightly. our host was available via phone or text anytime we needed her. in fact, we forgot two suitcases on our way out of town, and she was readily available to remotely let us back into the apartment. there was even a parking garage a street over so we didn't have to find street parking. i'd definitely stay here again.

The property was very homey and clean. And the location was perfect.

Property was excellent. Only drawback is view from balcony, which owners have no control over. After all it is the French Quarter. Super convenient.

I appreciated the detailed instructions given by my host, which made getting to the building and into the apartment quite easy. Wonderful amenities - washer/dryer, full kitchen, terrace facing toward Bourbon Street, water cooler - all great! Alas, it was too cold to try the rooftop pool, and I didn't notice the first-floor gym until someone was using it (and had turned the lights on). Safe, quiet building, but a bit of noise from late-night revelers on Bourbon Street does come through, so it helps that I am a sound sleeper. Highly recommended for 1-2 guests!

The property was everything promised - cozy, located close to Bourbon Street, and next to everything! Yes, the music at night was a little loud, but the bedroom is located where no noise gets in. Love the decor and amenities - it was everything we needed! We would stay again. :)

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated in New Orleans style. It was a great location and walking distance from the sights in the French Quarter. Michelle gave us thorough instructions and was quick to answer when we had a question.

From beginning to end, even before the trip started. Michelle was a gem; she kept me updated, stayed in contact, and was just very helpful. The condo was right in the action and was able to walk or catch a ride if need be. For future stays, this will be our home away from home!.

We arrived at the start of a once in generation snow blizzard. The appartment was very clean and decorated with the feel of Bourbom Street. Unfortunately with the snow and ice, everything was shut down during this rare weather event. Fortunately, we had a great host and Michelle was constantly in touch, making sure we wer OK, and so flexible to meet our needs. Thanks for all you did Michelle!

The location is less than a block away from Bourbon Street. It’s so conveniently located but also you can hear all of the Bourbon Street noise at night. Our host was so accommodating and responsive. The inside of the property is really cute. There was even a Christmas tree. We definitely would choose here to stay again the next time we are in NOLA

You can’t beat the convenience of this location, and it really felt like home. Just close enough to our favorite spots in the French Quarter without being in the middle of the madness! Communication with the host was easy and always proactive. We’ll be back!

My husband and I stayed in Michelle’s apartment the week before Thanksgiving. It was everything and beyond what was in the listing. Excellent accommodations, amenities, and location! Her detailed notes and recommendations were very helpful and answered many questions we had since this was our first stay in NOLA. Her home was clean. Furniture comfy. We felt safe around the neighborhood. We would highly recommend her home to others and would stay there again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay. You are not on Bourbon, but steps from Bourbon and you don't hear all the commotion from Bourbon. Michelle was so easy to work with and so very nice! We will definitely stay here again!!

If you are looking for a nice, clean, and safe place to stay at the heart of the French Quarter, this is it. It’s not on Bourbon Street but it is Bourbon street adjacent. You can see a sliver of Bourbon street from the balcony and you can definitely hear Bourbon street practically all day and night. Didn’t bother us or our sleep. It becomes background noise. I made a bunch of restaurant reservations before arriving not really knowing where everything was in reference to the place but everything was in walking distance! Even the tour operators were in walking distance. Great central location. The host is so very responsive and very clear and detailed with instructions, before, during, and on checkout day. Highly recommend!

This place had everything. Location, cleanliness, and an incredible host! We could not ask for anything better at all. If you need it, this home has it. Michelle is as good of a host as there is. You couldn't ask for better communication. So yourself a favor amd just pick thos home. We will keep staying here for as long as she will have us!

We prefer a condo/apt stay to a hotel - we find it helps us to experience what it would be like to live somewhere else. This cute apt is just a block off Bourbon Street, so really central to many spots to visit, see/ eat in, etc. You can walk or take the street car almost everywhere. We enjoyed the pool as well. keep in mind that it is loud at night - to be expected in the French Quarter. We just played ocean sounds on the laptop till we fell asleep!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Communication for booking the apartment was outstanding and it was a breeze to check in. We enjoyed the coffee and tea :) The building was close to everywhere we wanted to go. One thing to note is that you are right off of Bourbon St. so there is noise at night, but we did get used to it. It’s muffled enough and didn’t bother us. I highly recommend this property.
