Osprey Suite | Charming Hideaway, Hot Tubs!

Excellent location, close to some of the beaches and Duval Street but secluded enough so that it’s quiet. You’ll have a great time, I say check this place out!

The room was close to eveything! We parked and walked everywhere! In spite of being so close to Duval, it was quiet.We were able to find economical parking not too far from the room.

Everything was good. The only glitch was internet went out every evening, which is something management would have had no control over either. The room was clean and comfortable and bed was very comfortable. We always travel with our own Keurig but it was nice they had one in the kitchen. The hot tubs were nice and they had people out to check water and ensure it was clean and ready daily. Its proximity to Duvall St. and other places meant we parked the car and were able to walk everywhere we wanted. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to add some towel hooks in the bathroom because it was hard to hang towels to dry. But this property was solid and the price fair.

The bed was very comfortable and the bungalow was perfect for two people. Very clean and Very conveniently located to many places.

Beautiful grounds and hottubs were in great working order. We thought our house was a great value and would highly recommend.

Great spot and a great location. Two blocks to the beach, one block to the main drag, multiple hot tubs on site. We will be back.

We truly loved our first trip to the Keys. Our room was so comfy, cozy and clean. We loved how secluded the rooms are, But you are in the center or everything. Will stay here again in the future!

Really loved this place! I’d go back anytime. Lovely private, enclosed, landscaped area with multiple units. Outside seating was comfortable. Friendly, helpful maintenance man there to help with tightening my bike seat. The room is spacious, nice as pictured, with large windows covered with 1”Venetian blinds. A/c worked very well, nice and cool. Extra little amenities were present that were not expected. The reason for 4 star rather than 5 is that there is evidence of mold and very high humidity in the air. Recommend dehumidifier and mold remediation around one of the windows. This was the BEST place to stay in KW! My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and wow! It is perfect distance to everything, so private and so clean! We will definitely be coming back!

This trip was a life dream for my partner and I. He had never seen an ocean in his life. Disabilities can restrict him but will never stop him, and you all made it possible. We THANK YOU for that! The staff here deserves high praise, they went out of the way to make our stay not only great, but possible. They came and built a wheelchair ramp for us within hours of arrival. I did not specify we needed it when reserving and they was happy to accommodate us. If you want a place to stay and feel at home this is it. We had a spectacular time in a wonderful rental. Everything was perfect. The unit was super clean and i loved the privacy, yet so close to restaurants and shops. We went to the small bar across the street a lot and loved having the small grocery store next door. They had everything we needed.

This is our second time staying with this host, and we will continue to use them when we stay in KW. The location is within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The place is always clean and the hosts available for communication. Highly recommend.

Stay away!!!!!After14 hours of driving unpacking in the rain. Spending 60 for street parking. Leaving 1000’s worth of scuba and other gear in the vehicle. Setting alarm to refresh parking to only find out is only good till midnight. Exhausted upset spending 30 minutes to find an overnight parking. Calling property management after several attempts yes exhausted I was a little rude when being told good luck or park several miles away and uber back. After finding a parking spot a few blocks away figured we’d figure it out after some sleep. Then received a very aggressive and abusive phone call from so called owner being accused on speaker phone of being an abusive husband and father if I had any as well as being drunk. Having a slight speck impediment exaggerated when my partial dentures are out. Also not give a chance to explain or apologize and being told to shut up then threatened for him to show up with the police and throw us out. We immediately went online and made other arrangements costing us 1000. We left the next morning not wanting to spend any more time with such an abusive rude property management.

It was in a great location. Walking distance to Duval St. And all the bars/ fun places. Also had a liquor store/bar right across the street open until 1 am (2 am on Fri and Sat) It was my 1st time in Key West so I was looking to party and have fun. It would be a great spot to bring bring your significant other as well. The owner and/or property management were great. Everything was laid out great with the check in and out process. Highly recommend. Next time I come I will try to stay there if there are any vacancies and spend my whole vacation in Key West instead of half Islamorada. I highly recommend.

This property was exactly what we had hoped for. It was close to the water and trolley stop, which made it very easy to get around and see the sights. The property was clean and nicely landscaped and although we were close to the activities it felt very private and secluded when we were on property.The management staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Street parking on-site was a little pricey (6.00/hr), so we parked at the rental office a few miles away and the staff shuttled us around. It was so easy to call them for a ride no matter where we were.I highly recommend this property if you are looking to spend some quality time in Key West without all the people like you have in a hotel.Another advantage was Ana's cafe which was right next door. They served the best Cuban coffee, breakfast sandwiches and Cuban sandwiches, we actually ate there everyday during our stay.Richard and his staff have it all together and it’s the only place we will stay if in Ket West again. Thank you all.

The Osprey Unit was terrific! Great location, clean, and most of all- the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

We had a lovely time. Our neighbors were nice. It was quiet. The walls are thick because my husband listens to the tv very loudly and the neighbors said they couldn't hear a thing. The washer and dryers worked great! It was wonderful! Even with the quaint little bar across the street playing music, you couldn't hear it once we were in our room. The little market next door had everything we needed. It was a relaxing, enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious Key West rental! The location is perfect—close to Duval Street but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some peace and quiet. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was fantastic and very accommodating.One thing to note is that there’s no dedicated parking, but there is street parking nearby and a paid parking lot just two blocks away. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely book again!

Great location. Communication with owners was excellent. Complimentary transportation was a nice touch. Never needed a car everything within walking distance. Neat little outside bar with good live music across the street, but wasn't loud at our bungalow.

In town for a destination wedding, the location of this VRBO was perfect! Close to the Reach and Duval Street was an easy walk. 10 minutes to the airport and we parked our golf cart right out front.

It’s quietly tucked behind a little cafe and scooter/cart rental company on a corner one block off the quiet end of Duval and just two blocks from the southern point buoy. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The kitchenette was well used after ordering Publix delivery! The host was amazing and super responsive! They sent us a curtesy shuttle from the airport and had a small problem fixed within an hour! Also, the rental company on the corner is the cheapest in town, allowed us to park the cart we rented at their lot each night for free and charged it for us (electric cart) so we didn’t have to pay for overnight parking. They also provided us free transport to the airport at the end of our stay! All in all, this was an amazing stay in Key West and I would highly recommend staying with Colocada!
