This unit has an entirely separate entrance from the main house, nothing connecting to the main house. Unlike other studiosapartments, this unit has a separate closed bedroom, a designated office space area if you work from home, laundry space, and bathroom, living room and kitchen area like kitchenette fully equipped with all essential cooking utensils. Bar stools if you like to hand out at the bar. Relax and have fun with friends and family with some fun games in the unit like; bingo, poker, chess game, monopoly, kids toy games, lots of puzzles, foosball, etc. plus TV for your favorite shows.

The entire apartment is your to enjoy! Only shared area is the driveway and. Please keep in mind that the main house have all the assess to use the pool. If you would like to use the pool it will be on the APPROVAL OF THE GUEST STAYING AT THE MAIN HOUSE and the communications is done through the host. Please message the host for any communication with the main house guest.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that this is a garage-converted to modern 1.5 studio apartment, and that you will be sharing ONLY the street parking and premises with main house guest and therefore might likely see another guest within the premises. Please note that you have free parking on the street(not in front of our neighbors house), the main house guest parks on the driveway.
