    Location, furnishings and overall was a great apartment. Leaving a few coffee pods to know what we needed to buy would have been good as they aren’t standard pods and I couldn’t find.

    Great stay, loved the location & apartment was very well appointed. The only item I would like addressed would be complimentary Tea bags, salt & pepper sachets wouldn't cost them much but would make a big difference to customer

    The view did not identify a very large new apartment development There was no mention of the face we had builders in front and behind making all sorts of noise (I have the videos) from 6.30 in the morning and the road being closed because of the construction works The balcony door would not lock, we took a video and advised RBR the agent, like water off a ducks back, it took 5 days to resolve, we were located on the 2nd floor and our unlocked door/access was easily accessible from the 1st floor (ground floor) we advised that we were very concerned from a security perspective, this concern was brushed off …… a serious concern. We had difficulty gaining access to the basement car park, the printed advice was that a remote would be provided, it was not, when I went back the agency twice, I was given a number of excuses including the printed advice was wrong, RBR are not a capable organisation, this property has been seriously misrepresented.     We had a terrific 7 nights at Rainbow Bay. I could tell you about the breathtaking views, the unforgettable sunrises or even the modern and open spaced design of the apartment. However, it was the little things which impressed me. Like providing some kitchen essentials like salt, pepper and oil. The security of the place made us as a young family feel safe. Finally, the bedding and furniture felt clean and hygienic. Thank you Orion!

    Second time we have stayed here wonderful to watch the whales from balcony, plenty of room for the five of us . clean and comfortable highly recommend

    What a fantastic spot. The owners have allowed us to share there special place. All the little things (laundry detergent )in the apartment means you don't have to worry about a thing when you arrive. Such a great spot for whale watching

    We have stayed at Orion 4 previously and continue to enjoy its fine amenities and stunning outlook. The unit is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The Orion is an iconic building, perfectly maintained and security is excellent. It is perfectly positioned on the hill at Point Danger. Its enormous wraparound verandah offers sweeping views of the surf at Rainbow Bay, Snapper Rocks, Froggy's Beach and out across the Coral Sea, perfect if you are avid whale watchers like us! Binoculars are provided, but bring another pair to avoid missing those big breaches and tail slaps! Rainbow Bay is a family friendly beach and is patrolled all year round. Just a short walk to the Coolangatta shopping precinct or just step out onto the street to Point Danger, where you can enjoy million dollar views while enjoying brunch at Café D'Bar or just sit out on the lawn an bask in the beauty of it all. Orion 4 is perfect for couples or families.
