Oriental Apartment Views to the Gardens. Luxury and Comfort 2 pax.
It is a luxury apartment located in the heart of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, ideal for couples who want to spend a few days of rest in Seville, looking at the Jardines del Alcázar, and with everything necessary to have an unforgettable vacation.
The apartment is located in an old house of the Jewish quarter of Seville, and has been completely restored, although retaining the old air of these eastern houses of Seville. Its pretty columned courtyard, with its ancient fountain always flowing, and full of flowers, palms and ferns, keeps all the essence of the ancient city of Seville.
But without forgetting the modernity, the apartment has air conditioning and heating, wiffi, television with international channels, a forklift to load the suitcases, etc. And it is rented with sheets, towels and blankets where we have taken special care to offer a high quality.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary utensils for cooking if desired. The spaciousness in the spaces of the apartment, in its wonderful living room overlooking the gardens of the Alcázar and the high quality of its furniture are distinctive elements of this apartment in front of others that are in Seville.
The neighborhood of Santa Cruz is a unique experience; full of medieval charm and perfumed by the aromas of the Gardens of the Alcázar, which can be seen from all the windows of the apartment, living in it for a few days, is moving to the best times of the past, with all the comforts of the present time. We recommend some of its good restaurants like the nearby Corral del Agua.
The apartment can be accessed by taxi from the Airport, which is eight kilometers away; the taxi can leave you at the Plaza de Alfaro and walk three minutes to Calle Pepper 14. If you arrive by train, the Santa Justa station is two kilometers and five minutes by taxi. If you choose to come by bus from the airport, EA, the stop that corresponds to you is Prado de San Sebastián and walk 5 minutes.

Nice location & good communication but I would never recommend this place. We made reservations many months ago. Had I seen the review left in late 2024, I'd have canceled. Upon arriving it looked charming. We dropped our bags off & went out to explore, coming back at dusk. It was then the musty, moldy smell became evident. I have lung damage & am very sensitive to musty odors & mold. It even bothered my wife. The next problem occurred when we tried to use the heaters which tripped the circuit breakers plunging us into darkness every few minutes. We were told to use only the mobile heaters but those still tripped the circuits, making us feel unsafe. The pictures of the bed look nice, but it doesn't show the degree of dirt and grime on the carpeted platform. I had a severe attack from the must & dirt. When I complained, Maria offered an option; a place in el centro. We were relieved & went in the morning. But, it was located a 30 minute walk from the section of town we wanted to be in. We rented in first area for a reason, so her option didn't work for us. At that point Maria said we were being capricious (like I wanted to spend 600 more on a place to stay) & she denied there were any musty odors. She is mistaken. MAYBE with windows open it's OK, but you can't do that when it's cold. There is no microwave and no bidet, as advertised. Reading lamps are broken & the two couches are very grimy. No refund was provided & VRBO won't help. Satisfaction Guarantee?

The apartment is in a great location, within an easy walk to almost everywhere, it was very peaceful for being in the Barrio Santa Cruz. It has a lovely outlook, with partial views looking into the Alcázar garden. It had everything we need, however it could use a deep clean, in particularly the couches. It should be noted that the bed is on a raised platform, which requires caution when getting up though the night.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. Central to everything you want to see. There is an elevator for luggage which is very helpful since its on the top floor. The only issue we had was the checkin process was a little confusing (this could have just been due to the language barrier) but other than that the owner was very helpful with any questions we had.

It is the perfect location to stay in the ancient region of Seville. It overlooks the Alcazar Gardens but is not in the main square, so it is quiet at night.

This was are third place on our trip and by far the most charming. Short walks to major sites and easy access to several restaurants. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment is just as described. Very well equiped with everything you need for a short break. Full of character and charm it is located down one of the tiny classic Seville alleyway, Calle Pimienta, its lovely. It is on 2nd floor, there is a small lift to carry luggage up. It is very centrally located very close to Royal Alcazar and short walk to Cathedral. 10-15 minute walk from bus stop to airport. We recommend Cafe Santa Cruz which is nearby. Downside to the central location is the noise, particularly on the weekend. Nearby restaurant noisy until about midnight. Not a problem if you are out yourself but annoying if you are trying to sleep. The check in procedure could be improved. There is a keybox outside but we were not given the code in advance, we had to call Maria on arrival. I would have preferrred to have been given this information before we arrived as I was worried that my phone wouldn't have signal. It was fine but it would have been reassuring to have this all arranged in advance. Seville is a beautiful city and we loved our visit.

The apartment was wonderful and the location was great. We had a little confusion with checking in and had to wait outside the apartment for about 30 minutes before we were able to get in.
