Located in Mont Vernon, in a secure residence opposite the magnificent beach of Orient Bay and close to shops, this spacious studio offers a breathtaking view of the sea!

As soon as you enter, you will find a fully equipped and fitted kitchen. The bathroom has a toilet, and the sleeping area is equipped with a king size bed (200x200) and a dressing room for your comfort. The lounge-living area opens onto a covered terrace where you can enjoy momentsof relaxation with a magnificent view. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, a dishwasher, high-speed fiber optic internet connection, roller shutters, and much more.

You can also take advantage of the huge shared swimming pool with 3 pools of the residence, ideal for cooling off and relaxing (open all year from 8am to 6pm).
Also appreciate the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental car there in complete safety.

Upon your arrival you will be greeted with small welcome touches, so that you will feel at home from the first moment.

Cleaning and linen are included in the stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be scheduled at an additional cost as well as the rental of cots

It is important to note that you are on a small island where the infrastructure may be different and smaller than on a mainland. Therefore, there may be temporary malfunctions in the water and electricity distribution networks. The distribution companies are doing everything possible to quickly restore any cuts.

Please note that the water distributed comes from a desalination plant which requires electricity to operate. We cannot be held responsible for this, but rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
