Orchid Apartment - charming apartment in the center of Rome

I’ll be staying here again! First off, I’ll start by saying the property manager, Peter, is AMAZING! He communicates well throughout and as needed. He arranged a very reliable driver to pick us up right on schedule and bring us back the same. The location of this apartment is perfectly centered between the Vatican, Colosseum, Treve Fountain and with everything in between. This made it to where we didn’t need any transportation during the stay keeping things simple. There are numerous places to eat, shop for groceries, and shop for souvenirs within 1-5 minutes. The rooms were very spacious. The bathrooms were as well. The living room and kitchen were a fantastic extra for our family as well. There is a washer and dryer for small batches which is a rare find. I washed 5 small loads or so while visiting. It was nice to do that on my schedule and not need to sit at a laundry mat during vacation. I only cooked one meal on this trip but the kitchen is fully equipped for most dishes. The shutters! The shutters were great. We used them on a couple late nights so we could sleep in and talking about total darkness and near total silence. I woke up at 10am thinking it was 4am. If you have a car and need parking there are several garages right outside the ZTL to leave it.

Peter was extremely helpful and responsive. The apt was located in a perfect location to everything. The apt was clean and perfect for my husband, myself and our 2 adult children in their 20's.

This was clean comfortable and best location in Rome. Pietro went above and beyond to accommodate. Highly Recommend.

We stayed here for a week with our adult daughter and her friend and the apartment was just right for us. Centrally located, we were able to get to groceries, a pharmacy, the market and restaurants easily. With the heat in Rome that week, it was nice to be able to spend the afternoons in air conditioned comfort and the blackout shutters helped to keep it cool and with napping. Windows were new, so it was pretty quiet, and the elevator came in very handy. The only issue we had was with the dryer - we finally gave up and used the drying rack. But it was great to have the washer - better instructions on both would have been helpful. We ended up using Google lens and translate and a lot of trial and error to get some idea of settings. But overall I highly recommend this apartment for your Roman holiday!

Perfect spacious apartment in Camp de Fiori - on a bustling side street with shops and restaurants. Walkable to Piazza Navone, Largo de Torre Argentina, and most of the main Roman sites.The apartment has lovely AC, a nice kitchen, two bathrooms, and is very comfortable. A great pick for your Rome adventure!

Great apartment right in the center of everything in Rome - we walked to all of the sites! Lots of great restaurants super close as well.

The place was great! We had elderly family members. The elevator was a huge plus for them. Great location, close to everything. Recommendations for near by food were great. The host always answered my questions. At night the streets can be a bit noisy, but the new windows at the location blocked all noise. This place was perfect for us and pictures matched descriptions on site.

Clean and comfortable apartment steps away from the Campo de Fiori…lots of restaurants in the square. Awesome gelato around the corner. Roughly 15-20 minute walk from Rome’s main attractions (Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, Vatican. Very busy neighborhood (especially on weekends) but modern windows block most of the noise. Peter’s driver Massimo was very prompt and courteous for both our cruise port and airport transfers. Highly recommend this property! Thank you!

Orchid Charming has a great location just a block of Campo Fiori placing it in proximity to all the major attractions of Rome's city Centre, the Vatican, and Coliseum. It was the best appointed property, with a fully stocked kitchen and other small conveniences (plenty of linens, towels too). Would work just as well for extended stay as short trip. Bathrooms were large and comfortable, and the in-unit washer and dryer came in very handy. Would highlly recommend
