Stayed Jul 21, 2025He responded - not on the app - but on text, after many failed attempts to reach the owner stating that the property is “under construction”. My family of six was left stranded at midnight in Tbilisi.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Excellent location next to the Opera theater and close to the Tbilisi Conservatoire. Very central but quiet due to the windows facing a green inner courtyard. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Well equipped bathroom. David, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. Upon request, he cooked a tasty dairy free breakfast for us and delivered it to the room in the morning. Highly recommended - I'll be happy to come back!”
