It is a well finished, furnished and refurbished open space loft type apartment, 50 square meters on two floors, ground floor and first floor. It is located on the ground floor, in an internal and quiet courtyard, of a historic building, 2 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the DUE TORRI, a few minutes from the central station. The entrance is directly inside the courtyard, there are: 2 beds (+1 added if required) on the first floor in a very large room / mezzanine of 25 m2 2 beds on the ground floor in a comfortable double sofa bed All the comforts : 32 '' flat TV, air conditioning, kitchen with fridge and microwave, 24h INTERNET WIFI, hairdryer, washing machine, large wardrobes, DVD player, city map for guests. 2 bikes available to get around the city, on request and at an additional cost. Apartment is well furnished, clean, quiet and is in the heart of historic Bologna. 2 great grocery stores within a block. Major bus stops within half a block. Great value.

Nice, quiet, well-located apartment, perfect for a couple or a small family. The bedroom is in the loft, so you can't close it off if you're a bigger group. Federico was clear in his communication and there when I showed up--no problem at all. Bologna is a great city for a couple days.
