One Rehoboth Avenue - Wake Up to the Waves in a Storied Oceanfront Landmark

We spent 5 days at the apartment and we had wonderful time. Very spacious kitchen and well equipped. 2 living areas and dining room have fantastic view of the beach and ocean. One morning during breakfast, we enjoyed watching dolphins in the ocean. Cannot imagine more relaxing vacation. Plenty of rooms to sleep, comfortable beds, and 2 bathrooms. Chris was ver flexible with our check in and check out which worked so well for us. We would come back here any time.

We had a great stay! The property is very clean which we appreciated. The host was accommodating when we said we will arrive early; we were able to check in right away. Parking was easy enough and we were able to unload in front of the property. You couldn't ask for a nicer view! Items that could use a little attention - The shower in the bathroom could use fixing. It leaked on the bottom and therefore the water pressure was not great. Also, the mirror could be changed. Hard to see yourself in it. This was in the hall bathroom. In the Master bedroom there is nowhere to hang clothes or store clothes. The bathrooms could use a hook on the back of the doors to hang towels. There is a towel rack in the Master bathroom, but only one towel fits on. It is a tastefully decorated and spacious property. The Welcome Bag was also appreciated after a long drive. Beautiful views, very clean and the property manager is so accommodating

Everything was perfect. The apartment is right on the boardwalk and the views spectacular. Chris, the host, was amazing to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

The proximity to the boardwalk and ocean is excellent (steps away). The unit itself has a good amount of space for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Some things we experienced that we did not expect from reading the listing: 1. Bathrooms are worn showing lots of wear and tear, peeling paint and chipping toilet seats. 2. Mattress in primary bedroom is uncomfortable. 3. And most importantly, entry to the unit is through an alley behind several food merchants — your entry and exit requires passage by their large trash receptacles and enormous propane tanks. Those trash receptacles overflowed with waste and an unavoidable stench. After dark, when passing to and from the unit, we encountered random people using the alley to hang out and vape.

Outstanding location and really nice accommodation. My family enjoyed our stay immensely. So nice to be able to walk to the ocean in 5 minutes and great view of the boardwalk and ocean. Planning on booking again.

Everything was nice

An absolute perfect stay from start to finish! We knew from the moment we picked up the keys (loved the personalized, handwritten note!) that we wouldn't be disappointed. Both the apartment and its views are stunning!! Plenty of room for our 3 teenagers and two of their friends and the location can't be beat...we didn't need our car once because everywhere we went was in walking distance. Having the parking passes included with our stay was an amazing perk. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated that toiletries and essentials (and good brands at that!) were provided. Hoping to come back again next summer!!

Perfect location! Literally on the boardwalk. Cute decor, really good space, comfortable and fit my large family with plenty of room. Couldn’t ask for a better location right on the boardwalk. Amazing communication from the host. Just as advertised. Will stay again

My friends and I loved staying at this property. The location is amazing, making it a very walkable trip. The property was clean. Chris was very attentive and easy to reach. We would recommend this space to anyone.

Very nice views and location

This rental was everything that we wanted - spacious, clean, close to the beach, convenient to restaurants and shops, with all the amenities of home! Chris, the property manager, was friendly and responsive to our needs, though we didn’t need him once we arrived, as everything was as explained and in working order. We can’t wait to return next year!

We had a great stay. The condo is lovely. Very nicely decorated and equipped. As others have noted, the location is superb. Everyone was able to walk everywhere. It’s one of our top favorite places, and we would stay again.

Chris was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The location was great if you’re looking to be right in the middle of things. Very convenient. It can get a little nosey at night, as expected, so bring a fan or earplugs and you’ll be all set. Beautiful view right from the living room-steps to the ocean. The apartment was nice/could use a couple upgrades. Would recommend.

Came out to Delaware for a wedding on the beach with the fam. We were greeted with great hospitality by Chris. The property is something to appreciate, the unit being right over the boardwalk is an experience; that anyone and everyone will enjoy. Thank you Rehoboth Beach and thank you, Chris!

Excellent location, clean, accurate listing. It was perfect, my grandchildren loved watching the dolphins from the front window.

This property is perfect, especially if your looking for a place right on the beach with everything in walking distance. Waking up to the sunrise was an extra special touch. The property manager was also very helpful throughout my entire stay. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Can’t beat the location!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway to celebrate my mom’s birthday. We loved watching the sunrise from the family room while drinking our morning coffee. Great location! Heads up - we did encounter a mouse in the kitchen, it got into some of our food and scurried into a stovetop burner.

A well appointed, historically located top floor apartment. Can’t beat the view but know that you will be very much a part of all things Rehoboth just footsteps away!

The property is fantastic. Can’t ask for a better location, and the condo itself is wonderful. We had a great weekend in a fantastic condo. Kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy, and the living spaces are awesome.

The women in our family brought my mom there as for generations we have been going to Rehoboth. She is getting older and really wanted to go again. Of course we all grew up with Dolles and to stay in this fabulous location was a dream for us! The place is beautiful and the view is incredible! We had a very memorable time and are already talking about doing it again next year!

As advertised the rental was right on the boardwalk with views and easy beach access. Place was clean and well maintained. Excellent, would rent again.

Perfect spot. Bigger than expected.

Ive stayed in many places at rehoboth and this ranks as one of the best! Check in and check out were easy and the place was very clean upon arrival. It sits atop the old dolles right at corner of reh. Ave and boardwalk, so youre right in the middle pf everything! This is our new fave spot so well b returning!! walkinbreeze!

Our teenage boys loved staying in proximity to the beach and boardwalk, and they had as much fun or more fun at night as they did during the day. There were concerts in the bandstand right below our windows on both weekend nights, so we really felt like we were at the center of the action. The only thing missing: closets.

Spacious unit in the heart of Rehoboth with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and trolley to get around towns. Chris was an accessible host and made the entire process seamless. Be sure to bring noise plugs as the central location can lead to noise late at night and early morning.

We have been going to Rehobeth as our main beach trip each year and we typically stay in hotels on the boardwalk. We decided to rent this location with friends and we were really impressed with the location (right on the boardwalk and on the corner of the main strip) and with the place itself. Everything was extremely clean and organized and as described. The space is large and nicely decorated. We had a little issue with the WiFi and our host was extremely responsive and came over to fix it quickly. It was a tremendous experience and one we hope to do again at this location. Will be hard to go back to the hotel at Rehobeth after this stay.

We absolutely loved staying right on the boardwalk… Beyond expectations. Very quiet day and night and very beautiful location and very safe. The only difficulty encountered was trying to pay my bill. It took VRBO over one hour to accept my credit card. She had to check with the manager about every single word. I had to repeat everything about 75 times. It should be very simple to pay my bill… But it was exceedingly difficult. I understand that Expedia is involved. I was asked to spell my name several times. I was asked to repeat my address several times. It was insane. I have no idea what’s going on with the payment system… But it should be easy for the customer and not difficult other than that, it was a fabulous day, The Manager exceeded our expectations.
