Stayed Jan 4, 2026We love this property. It’s a beautiful corner unit, 2 br, 2 ba which is not as common. The location is excellent if you want the romantic zone/malecon/bar/restaurant action yet the facility is so tranquil. Warm, serene pool with greenery, beautifully landscaped. Being on the river draws birds, plus you have a view of the ocean for porch side whale watching, city and mountain views as well. Traffic gets loud (music) at times. Security 24/7 with long term staff and all so friendly. You can walk across the street for amazing massages too. And water/ice is filtered here straight from fridge.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025I've stayed at this complex many times but the unit we just rented was the best by far. Everything was immaculate. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need. This condo will be my go to place whenever I'm in PV. The owner of the condo was so helpful and answered my emails promptly.
