Great place

Clean, well organised one bedroom apt with at least 3 beds. Bunk bed included. 2nd floor and thus super close, 3 mins max to the waterfront. Nice pool, fitness, and store onsite.

We enjoyed our stay! The description was accurate… family oriented, nice pool, steps from the beach and felt we had good security.

This property was clean and nice. The only issue was the smoke detector going off for no reason. The bedroom detector went off 2 mornings in a row at 6 am. The pillows could be better. Owner was very nice and helpful with concerns and question.

The condo was in perfect location for beach and pool. It offered all basic needs if you wanted to cook. It was great to have beach umbrella chairs and even some sand toys for the toddler. It was very physically clean however there was a musty odor that never dissappeared and was a little challenging to tolerate. The mattresses need desperate upgrading and made sleep extremely difficult.The gym was adequate with basic equipment and the Cafe was nice for a quick lunch. You needed a card to wash your laundry which was not available. You had to purchase a non refundable card at the front desk in order to use the washer and dry. Also you are charged a non refundable large fee for a fob that is ridiculous that it's not refunded if it's returned. We were charged 75 for parking and they did not have any fobs left for us to get in or out of the locked gates. This left us at the mercy of the valet attendant to eventually leave us in. It is conveniently located close to supermarkets for groceries.

Nice condo...roomy. Nice balcony and lots of pots and pans in kitchen. Nice pool. Walk out gate to beach. Beds were just OK and could use an update along with pillows. Enjoyed our stay here.

Family of 5 enjoyed week stay at this property. Easy beach access, nice pool and easy parking. Exactly as described in the ad and pictures.

The condo was more spacious than staying in a hotel and had a well supplied kitchen which we used for breakfast and a couple of dinners. Getting to the beach was so convenient since the beach was visible from the condo through the palm trees. My husband and I enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony in the morning. There are also chairs provided by the owner and lounging chairs with an umbrella to rent if you want to enjoy basking in the sun. Our son loved the fishing pier that was only about 4 miles from where we stayed. He fished daily and was a very content young man. Our daughter really enjoyed the alligator park we visited on Christmas. We participated in the Animal Adventure and purchased pictures of us holding a boa constrictor and baby alligator. There was an airboat ride and gator show with the regular admission. We all enjoyed going out to dinner and eating on the water. It was hard to leave because we all love the beautiful Florida ocean shores.
