Stayed Sep 1, 2017This unit was roomy, clean and comfy. It had everything I needed all in working order. Bay Ridge was an excellent location to be as I transitioned into NY. A lovely place. I would reccomnend this unit to anyone. Book here!

Stayed Aug 31, 2016I was moving from Miami to NYC, and stayed four months in this apartment. Highlights: -- Having a supermarket on the same block, and the subway just two short blocks away was delightful. -- The apartment is very well furnished and properly equipped for comfortable living. Laundry and dryer in the unit are a great convenience. -- The owner was very helpful with various requests during my stay, and was always courteous and professional. Worth the price, and recommended without reservation.

Stayed May 15, 2016We had very comfortable stay in this Bay Ridge apartment. I enjoyed meeting Mr. Hanna, he was very accommodating, and accessible. The apartment was was very clean, and the king size bed was wonderful. The area was very convenient to stores and restaurants, and convenient to subway stations to travel to Manhattan. We are planning to book this apartment again next year, to visit our Daughter

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful two week stay at this beautiful apartment!! The description is perfectly accurate and there was actually more space than we anticipated! The property was very clean and well stocked with everyday items. The living spaces were very comfortable. We especially liked the fact that it was a ground floor apartment and the location was very good for walking to food stores and many good restaurants. The customer service was good and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment is exactly as stated. It is in a great neighborhood, very quiet, clean, near public transport. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the apartment. And, there are many amazing restaurants, cafés, delis. The food in Bay Ridge is plentiful, inexpensive and of quality. Thanks for such an amazing two week stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and the king bed very comfortable. The location was terrific, convenient to subway, grocery shopping, and restaurants. We plan on returning in the future.
