The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full fridge, stove, dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, complemented by quartz countertops and a modern backsplash. The bathroom includes a tub and updated fixtures, and the home is equipped with central air and heat.



Guest Access:

Enjoy your own private gazebo sitting area, along with an outdoor seating space just outside your door, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.



For added convenience, baby items such as a high chair, baby swing, pack and play, and co-sleeper/bassinet are available upon request. Please feel free to let me know what you need to make your stay easy and comfortable.



Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom, luxury cotton sheets, and a comfortable new mattress. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

The new NoHo West is just steps away, walk to Trader Joe’s, catch a movie, enjoy a Starbucks, shop at Nordstrom Rack, and explore a variety of restaurants.



The NoHo Arts District is nearby, known for its contemporary theaters, art galleries, professional dance studios, and one of the largest concentrations of music recording venues.



The Metro Rail Red Line station is just minutes away on foot, offering easy access to Universal Studios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, as well as Hollywood & Highland, Union Station, LA Live, and the Staples Center.
