Home to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Fawkner Park, and Como Gardens, South Yarra is a genuine inner-city oasis. When you stay at MAC South Yarra, you’ll enjoy the best the city has to offer, only a short stroll to Toorak Rd. bars and restaurants in one direction, and famous Chapel St. shopping in the other. You’ll also have easy access to public transport to explore the nearby Melbourne Arts Centre, Sports and Entertainment Precinct and all the CBD has to offer.

Our one bedroom apartments (40 sqm space) are light and bright, featuring a double bedroom with an ensuite for one or two people, with the option of two single beds (upon request). The main living area is large with a comfortable couch, four person dining table and fully equipped kitchenette. Some apartments include an outdoor courtyard for that evening aperitif (requests considered, not guaranteed). All rooms have free high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, heating and cooling. Car parking for one car is included FREE.

Please note, the apartment building has 3 floors, and there is no lift.

The apartment is close to central facilities, with multiple supermarkets and chemists within a 10 minute walk. Trams to the city, Richmond, and St Kilda have stops within 5 minutes from the apartment, and the major train hub South Yarra Station is a 6 minute walk. The shops, bars, and restaurants of Chapel St and Toorak Rd precincts are right at your doorstep.

Please note: There is no reception desk nor luggage storage at the property. Self check-in instructions will be sent with code to the digital lock on the morning of arrival for self check-in.

As we won't be greeting you in person, to complete your remote registration you will be required to -
*Provide government-issued photo ID (drivers licence or passport) is to be provided, prior to arrival. Min. age for check-in is 21.
*Pay the $200 security deposit (refundable upon departure, subject to apartment inspection.

Details on how to complete the registration will be sent upon booking.

    Fabulous clean and newly refurbished property close to cafes, restaurants, shopping and public transport. Quiet and secure building so felt safe walking at night. Only thing we would suggest is a saucepan and frypan for cooking on the stove. Overall we highly recommend this property.

    Freezing cold. Only form of heating was a crappy oil heater found in the wardrobe which was not effective. The photo on the listing was not accurate. Giving a false impression of the accommodation. The room smelt.
