This first floor top apartment offers light and spacious accommodation for two people and is only moments from the beach and a short walk to the ancient cobbled causeway that leads across the sands at low tide to the historic castle of St Michaels mount which is surrounded by sub tropical gardens. At high tide there are frequent taxi boats making a visit possible at anytime of the day. A short walk from the property you will find the local pubs, restaurants, galleries and shops of Marazion. The property also offers a south facing balcony with sea views with table and two chairs it has an open plan lounge with dining area with fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. The spacious bedroom offers a king size bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are views of the sea from both the lounge and bedroom.
The apartment and balcony are accessed via their own private stairway.
A short drive to the west will find the town of Penzance, here you can take the ferry to the wonderful Isle of Scilly, a visit to Tresco Abbey gardens is highly recommended. Further to the west lies Mousehole and Porthcurno with the famous minnack theatre. The whole of the Penwith peninsula is blessed with golden beaches and sandy coves that can all be reached within a 30 minute drive, whether it's the sheltered bays of the south coast or the surfing beaches of the north coast it's all within easy reach.

A car is not essential for a visit to Marazion as there is plenty to explore on foot and the property is just across the road from the coastal path that hugs the entire Cornish coast, there is also a first class bus service and bicycle hire is available within a ten minute walk from the property, ride on e bikes are available on the seafront car park and taxis are also readily available
WE CAN OFFER A FREE PICK UP AND DROP OFF SERVICE from Penzance train or bus station or too and from any local car hire company, just let us know your arrival and departure times.

Although there is free permit parking at the premises it is limited to a first come first served basis and during busy periods the car park can become full, alternative on street parking and car parks can be found close by

    This property was exactly as described if not better!! Fab location with a lovely see view from the balcony, beautifully decorated and immaculately presented. It had everything we needed! Lorraine the host met us on arrival and was lovely to deal with. Marazion is a super place to say and we enjoyed a drink in the Godolphin bar every night. The view is prefect from the veranda! We had a Great stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Lorraine!

    Lorraine and Mark were excellent hosts, very caring and intuitively considerate of our elderly needs. The property is light and airy with good views from the lounge, bedroom and balcony. A 5 minute walk to the amenities in Marazion. Every Wednesday and Thursday there is an Artisan craft market at the local Church Hall which serves excellent home cooked lunches and cream teas. Close access to the boat or causeway to the Island and a huge flat beach which stretches towards Penzance.

    The flat is perfectly located for all that Marazion has to offer and is also a great base to explore the area. Everything you need for your stay is provided and the flat is both comfortable and immaculate. Lorraine is a fantastic host. When we arrived she gave us some recommendations for places to eat, both of which we tried and both of which were excellent (The Fire Engine and Surf Club) and she was available by text for any questions we had during our stay. We would highly recommend the flat to anyone looking for a great escape to this beautiful part of the UK!

    A light and airy apartment which is very well equipped. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and just a few minutes walk into the centre of Marazion. We had no problem parking at the complex but at times the car park was full - there always appeared to be spaces at the long stay car park but thankfully we didn't need to use it. Easy access to bus stops to Penzance & Praa sands (and other locations). Great location for a peaceful holiday. The ownner of the property was very helpful, friendly & very knowledgeable about the local area. Would stay there again.

    The apartment is absolutely fantastic. Very comfortable & well appointed. It has everything you need for your stay. It is located in the small town of Marazion on the road opposite the beach & St Michael’s Mount. There are local shops & good pubs just down the road. The hosts, Lorraine & Mark were very friendly & helpful. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

    Everything was perfect. Lorraine and Mark were very friendly and very helpful. I couldn't have imagined better hosts. The apartment was in a perfect location and was really nice and very clean. I felt very comfortable there and would love to come back.
