SUMMARY
Welcome to our professionally designed home located along the bay in the heart of Mission Beach. This convenient waterfront unit is located on the 2nd floor of this 5-unit building. Features include 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, a quint bayfront deck with outdoor seating for 2, tandem parking for 2 compact vehicles, mounted TVs with cable, air conditioning, vinyl wood flooring, quartz counters, washer/dryer, & a beachy aesthetic. MAXIMUM occupancy 6 (4 adults max). NOTE**: no BBQ onsite.

INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
This home offers a professionally designed beachy decor & great views of Mission Bay! To enter the home, guests take the external stairs up to the front door. Upon entry, guests see the kitchen area with bedrooms to the left hand side, and the main living space on the right. The combined main living area has a view out to the water, Samsung TV (with full cable), plush queen sofa bed, dining nook with seating for 4, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, white quartz counters, & gray vinyl flooring. Rounding out the main living area is your very own stackable washer/dryer.

The west side of the home features the 2br's + 2ba's. The Master has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bath (surround shower). Bedroom 2 includes a king bed and TV. Off the hallway is a 2nd bath (surround shower).

PARKING
Parking includes 1 tandem parking lane with enough space for 2 compact or 1 large vehicle. Approximate dimensions are 30.5' L x 8' W. Please ensure your vehicles will not exceed this size, longer/wider vehicles cannot be accommodated.

Additional parking includes overnight street parking on Mission Blvd on a first come first serve basis (watch out for street sweeping signs).

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    À gorgeous location to enjoy Mission Bay sunrise or 2 minutes to the ocean for sunsets. The view from the main living area and the deck include sail boats, kayaks, rowers, SUPS, water skiing, fishermen, catamarans, pelicans, gulls and great people watching. The hosts had very clear instructions delivered in a timely fashion to make our stay stress free. Hoping to return another time soon.

    Wonderful units with plenty of room for your guest. Large parking garage for all units and usually 2 spaces for each unit (might be tight if you have a large car still). Plenty of pots and pans but may not be located where you think they should be so look around and put them in your preferred location.

    The location of this property is great, which makes it even more disappointing that our experience was so unpleasant. My group and I were looking forward to a peaceful, relaxing stay—but instead, we dealt with constant, extremely loud construction noise from the property next door throughout our stay.I contacted the management company the first night, and they claimed it was city maintenance that would end by 5 p.m. on weekdays and wouldn’t continue into the weekend. That was false. When I spoke with the construction crew, they told me they were a private company, had been working on the project for over a month, were on a deadline, and would be working late and through the weekend—including Saturday.When I told the management company this and asked why I wasn’t informed of the noise before booking, they claimed they “had no way of knowing.” That’s hard to believe given the project had been ongoing for weeks. Adding to the frustration, the morning after our first night, I received a text saying their team found cigarette butts on the property—so they clearly check the area regularly. If they knew that, how didn’t they know about the construction?There was no real apology or compensation—just a 10% off offer they give for direct bookings anyway. I booked this place for its view of the bay description. We never got a chance to enjoy the patio to enjoy the view! I left stressed and disappointed. I won’t be staying at a Surfstyle-managed property again.

    Overall the place was just ok. The space was nice to be able to spread out and the location was great, right on the bay and within walking distance to some great breakfast places and bakeries. The whole place needs to be cleaned. It was extremely dusty throughout. The floors also need to be washed, walking around your feet got pretty dirty. The washer and dryer in unit didn't work, it seemed like it wasn't even hooked up to power. The fridge also leaked, as noted in other reviews. The cable didn't work, which was frustrating since there were a lot of sports on that we wanted to watch during our stay. Someone came out after we emailed about it but they weren't able to fix it either. Just an FYI, there were mirrors over the bathroom sinks and one in the living room. No full length mirrors though. I'm short and couldn't see below my chin. One nice aspect with it being managed by a bigger management company is that there aren't a list of rules to check out. Wouldn't stay there again

    The location is outstanding. Walkable to beach, restaurants, boardwalk. Beds are very comfortable. View from patio is divine. Bathroom could benefit from having a privacy fan and better hair removal from shower. Beach chairs were sandy. Parking is tight and really depends upon situational awareness of other guests to optimize space.

    We had what we needed but it was bare bones. For what we paid a bit more “comforts of home” added to the deal would be nice and was much smaller than implied. Sitting on outside deck you are literally with your neighbors. So you are enjoying the porch, or they are, but no separation at all if both parties are out at the same time.

    Perfect home away from home away from the crowds and noise of the ocean side. Perfect location just a short walk to the ocean and virtually a private bayside beach to relax on. Walk to shops & restaurants and a short drive to the Zoo and SeaWorld. The condo had all the amenities and supplies. Beautifully decorated and super comfy beds. Very quiet neighborhood for peaceful sleep after a busy day exploring San Diego.

    Great location for this bayside condo, beautifully decorated. Kitchen counter space is limited so it was challenging cooking for the family and no dishwasher. The refrigerator needs to be serviced as it leaked water in the inside, and damaged some of our grocery’s :(. Just a couple of notes: there is no tv in the main bedroom, and very limited counter space in the bedrooms additional bathroom. Our family of 5 had to share the main bathroom but unfortunately the main bathrooms outlets were not working. There was a portable fan provided which was nice to drown out the noise from the neighbors but the fan blade was loose and not useable. The condo was fully stocked with additional linens, and key essentials, The condos walls could benefit from a nice scrub down. Overall it’s a nice condo but I’ve stayed in other surf & sand properties that have meet our families needs better ( traveling w/ 2 adults & 3 kids 16 and under).
