• No smoking inside the unit or building – $500 fine

• No pets - $500 fine

• No parties, events, or unregistered guests – $500+ fine & eviction

• No outside visitors allowed in the unit or building amenities



Other Important Notes

• Daily housekeeping not included but available upon request

• Beach chairs and umbrellas are first-come, first-serve

• Guests are responsible for personal belongings.

Package Notice:

A $5 handling fee applies to each package received.

Packages held overnight will incur a $20 storage fee.
