Stayed Jul 2, 2025The unit is quite tidy and clean. Convenient access to the pool and the beach. A number of beach apparels are provided (though there are only two chairs and are kind of old). Also, some of the appliances are too old, one hairdryer didn't even work. I would recommend making some repairs/upgrades. The host is a little hard to reach, only replies through email instead of Vrbo app, which is kind of inefficient. Also did not reply to all my inquiries, which is a little frustrating. The apartment door can be slam shut loudly by the wind if the balcony door is open. Need to be cautious since the owner across the corridor made a face-to-face complaint about this.

Stayed Jan 17, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse apartment. The top-floor location offers beautiful balcony views, and the space itself is bright, spacious, and very comfortable. There are two large bedrooms, a huge living room with a full-size window, two TVs, fast and reliable internet (great for working during the day), and a fully equipped kitchen.The property is right on the beach and includes a swimming pool, covered parking, and plenty of towels, which was much appreciated. The location is excellent—walking distance to the boardwalk and close to everything we needed.The host was responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.
