Perfect location to check out town and events (farmers market) in and around town (short drive to Ocean City MD) ! Very good spot for a couple !
After being made to sign an agreement saying we wouldn't do anything to the property we were really disappointed how shabby the place was also we got charged $110. cleaning fee which was ridiculous since we were only there 2 nights and then we were required to take the garbage out before we left I can safely say we will never stay there again
Poor lighting, a full length mirror would have been nice. Check out time is too early, should be moved to 11:00 instead of 10:00
Apt. 103 B is the best, C needs a bigger and better Bed The Town of Berlin is the Best !!!
Generally, our stay in this unique little apartment in Berlin, MD, was wonderful. It’s central location downtown was an huge plus; and the apartment itself was well equipped and comfortable. The only real concern we had was that there were two issues that were immediately evident upon arrival: no functioning lights in the front stairwell so it was unusable and a problem with the TV internet connections. I talked with the property manager within an hour of arrival. She indicated that she would be by the next day to rectify the issues. We were out the following day; but nothing ever got fixed. So for the whole stay, we had to use the back entrance and had limited access to the TV—not much of an issue for us, but it was for our granddaughter. I would hope that these items get repaired and that management handles others’ concerns more directly.
We had a lovely stay in this apartment. We were meeting family for a 4 day visit to Berlin and Asseteague Island, so this fit the bill perfectly. Although right on the street, it's not noisy at all. King size bed comfortable. Kitchenette worked out very well. We would certainly be back.
Cute little place right in the heart of Berlin. Communication was great. Arrived in middle of night with family and no issues getting in. Thank you Olivia!
Great location In center of Berlin. Good king bed. Good kitchen, but we only used it for breakfast. Property a bit in need of refurbishment.
Perfect location-loved the accessibility to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The light shining in the bedroom at night was still an issue (noted by previous reviews) and the couch in the living area was pretty dingy but was still a cute place.
All that we needed. King size bed, Kitchen, Bathroom, and cozy living room overlooking busy street shoppers. Vehicle traffic was no problem at all. Light switches were a little baffling. Figured some didn't work. Beware this apartment is up a flight of stairs. Short distance to Assateague Island National Park. We would stay here again.
The unit had six overhead lights with only one working. The bedroom needed more lighting. The lighting isn't the best in the whole apartment. The bed really didn't have a blanket. There was a small fleece blanket on a shelf but wasn't suitable for a king-sized bed. I used one I had in my car. There is a window in the bedroom that is about two feet away from the building next door. The blind is not suitable as the light shines in all night long. It was right in the middle of town. The coffee shop was right below the apartment, which was convenient. Parking was in back; it gets crowded during the day but we always managed to get a spot. Overall, it was a decent place, but with all the fees a little pricy. Having to leave at 10 is a little early.
Great location and a cozy little space.
The location was perfect and had free parking. We enjoyed downtown Berlin and quick access to Assateague Island NP. Bed was comfortable and Olivia was a very responsive host. The only issue was lack of overhead lighting in the room and fan would be nice in the bedroom. Very clean. We loved the Farmers Market right outside the front door!
Enjoyed the convenience of the location of the property and the ability to walk downstairs to have my morning coffee. One of our favorite towns to visit!
The rental space was very comfortable and nice. The location was great, right in the main road with easy access to parking, shops and food. The kitchen was well organized with all of right things if you want to make a quick meal and don’t want to go out. There is a great table right by the front window that was great for watching the town, writing and planning the days journey. It was super easy to explore the surrounding areas.
