Stayed Feb 6, 2026Our experience was unfortunately marred by a significant booking error. One day before arrival, we were informed that our reserved one-bedroom apartment with kitchen had been given away. To salvage our vacation, we reluctantly accepted a studio with no kitchen or basic amenities—not even facilities to make tea.This accommodation was wholly unsuitable for a 5-day stay. Without cooking facilities, we were forced to rely on expensive on-site dining options, making the trip far more costly and inconvenient than planned.While the skiing itself was enjoyable, the overall experience was negative due to the hotel's reservation mishandling and the resulting difficulty in managing meals affordably.
