Welcome to Olympic Flat, a thoughtfully restored 1926 Santa Fe-style home in the heart of Colorado Springs. This lower-level unit offers private access and blends historic charm with modern conveniences. The dining table seats six, making it a great space for meals and conversations. Start your day with fresh coffee from the Keurig, stocked with coffee pods and creamer.

Bathroom

A shared laundry room is located just outside the main entrance, equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and detergent. Please note that our cleaning team may use the laundry facilities between 10 AM and 4 PM during unit cleans.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



No pets, no parties, and no smoking anything inside.



We are on the corner of a high traffic street, but we have plenty of free street parking on our side street and some parking in the back off of the alley too!



We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°F. Our hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, which means it will be heated to 102°F later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
