Olivia's Place

The location was simple to find. Instructions were clear. The room was impeccably clean, tidy and modern. Amenities were perfect for us. We had a very nice night and would definitely stay here again on our way in and out of Tampa airport.

I decided to get away and picked this air B&B to stay at .And may I say it was a very very clean and well stocked Location.when I walked in the wonderful smell hit me .During my stay I had no problem contacting Olivia for anything.I will definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone.A HUGE THANK YOU

Olivia’s Place is decorated really nicely. Check in process was very easy. It is stocked with everything you’d need. Everything looks like it’s brand new. Very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Location was perfect. Minutes from airport, 10 minutes to amenities, a minute to freeway which takes you to Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Dunedin. 30-40 minutes away driving to these areas. Parking supplied. Minor issues were: the air conditioner was not quite capable to keep up with the heat but a ceiling fan provided kept the room comfortable. TV was basic with only free streaming channels like Tubi. Lots of buffering but no big issue.

Olivia did such an amazing job with this place. This place was immaculate upon arrival. Olivia is very quick to respond, usually within minutes. 24 hours before my trip she provided check-in instructions. Please note that she only speaks Spanish. I also speak Spanish, so it was not a big deal for me. Also, this is an efficiency connected to the host's home. I traveled by myself to sit for the Bar Exam and did not mind the noise coming from their home. However, if you are not used to kids playing, this may not be the spot for you. It took me 15 minutes to travel to the convention center in the morning and about 40 minutes to return in the evening. The private entrance provides a mini patio which is nice to watch the planes take off. I had a fantastic stay all around and would stay again.

Clean and inexpensive room as advertised. It was a little Spartan: no ironing board, no oven, no cook top, very little shelf and storage space. But it met our basic needs.

Or staly was fine the property was very inexpensive and very clean. It is a converted garage. Kinda like a motel 6 feel. Microwave was small and 700 watts. Fridge was small and full of condinesation and freezer iced over. Bed was a full not queen. Parking spot is shared with owners so coming and going fine but not great. They speak only Spanish so talking through the app is difficult unless you speak Spanish. Then when the AC stopped working out 2nd to last day they said it was because we were using it?? When we got there it was set on 63 we raised it to 70 because it was blowing right on the bed so we were plenty cool so it wasn't over worked but Tampa in August is tough with no AC and they didn't care to check it or address it. Disappointed in that. But for the price I guess that's expected.

This property was wonderful. I enjoyed staying here. Everything was as advertised. The place was very clean and well maintained. It was also very comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone who asked me for a great place to stay in Tampa.

This listing was absolutely perfect. The price was unbeatable and such a short distance to everything we wanted to do in Florida. Only a 40 minute drive to Clearwater, and an 8 minute drive to the airport. Olivia was the sweetest woman ever, and I could tell how clean the listing was the second we got there. Definite nitro will be staying in the future!

Communication prior to the stay was fine; although it is worth noting all messages were in Spanish so I had to translate. I went to check in around 8pm but had difficulty accessing the property. I messaged the host and didn't receive a response until after 10pm. I contacted her earlier to say I'd be arriving later that evening. The neighborhood was questionable, large containers full of trash or construction debris in people's yards and very loud music. I ended up booking a much more expensive hotel. I messaged the host after about the issue and failed to get a response. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

This was the perfect stay for my daughter and I to enjoy a 4 day stay in Tampa!

Simple, clean accommodations for a short, 2-night stay. I didn’t rent a car for this trip, so I walked to the 7-11 (snacks) just 5 minutes away, and The Cuban Empanada (lunch was excellent) about a mile to the north.

It was a clean place in a safe neighborhood. I wasn't there much. I really just slept there, I really enjoyed the private entrance and the adjacentness to the Tampa airport. Would totally go again

The property was exactly as listed. It was cozy with an amazing shower and was perfect for just my husband and I. It has its own entrance and was private and comfortable. The host was very nice and was available when needed. It was a good location

Check in was very easy, communicating with the hosts was easy as well. Responded in a timely matter, the place was super cute! I didn’t realize that it was directly connected to their home so we did some what feel like we needed to be a lot more quiet than usual because we didn’t want to be a disturbance. we did notice there was a lot of hair on the bed, which wasn’t very appealing to see.

I wrote a longer review but i need to cut it down to fit. I feel it’s important to share Firstly, the communication was lacking. The initial instructions were in Spanish, which I didn’t understand, and when I asked for clarification in English, I received only a brief response with minimal details. Secondly, the listing itself was somewhat misleading. The property is described as a 1-bedroom apartment, but it’s actually an attached garage. While this wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, it was unexpected and could be better clarified in the listing. Additionally, the exterior appearance was not very inviting, with a trailer and construction materials in the front yard, and trash cans left at the curb for the entire duration of my stay. Inside the unit, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The TV was too small for the space, and the streaming options were very limited. The channels available were from New York, and buffering was a constant issue. I tried casting from my laptop, but it didn’t work, so I ended up watching directly on my laptop instead. There was also a lack of comfortable seating; the only options were two dining chairs at the table, which isn’t ideal for relaxation. Lastly, the mini-split unit inside ran constantly without shutting off, which may be something the homeowner should check. Despite these points, the place was okay for a short stay, but it’s important for potential guests to know what to expect. I hope the homeowner takes this feedback constr

Highly recommend, would stay here again!! My bf and I stayed here 3 nights and it was great! Perfect size for a couple with nice shower and kitchenette. Host included assorted snacks, coffee bar, and Brita which helped cut down our food cost. Extra towels and shower products included helped our packing space too! Neighborhood is quiet and safe and within walking distance of quick mart which was convenient. Drivers were able to pick up/drop off easily and we felt comfortable in the area at night - 10/10 thanks again Olivia!!

Olivia’s studio is exactly as pictured and is a great design for the space. The unit is clean, very reasonably priced, and within a few minutes from the airport.

This was a sweet getaway... quiet, just off the main roads. The little extras made my stay even better! Olivia was friendly, & quick to respond to any questions
