Stayed Oct 11, 2022Very nice cabin for two. It will sleep 4 though. Everything was great. This place is close to Deadwood. One note the water in the cabin is super hard you could smell the iron when it was running. I am on a well myself but I wouldn't drink it. I would bring plenty of drinking water. Other than that everything was spot on.

Stayed Aug 7, 2020We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back. The room is beautiful. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities like cold, bottled water, the coffee basket with snacks, and the bathroom basket with everything you might need. The only problem we had was with the electronic lock. But the owners and staff were extremely helpful.

Stayed May 25, 2024Amazing accommodations! The Depot was exactly as it looked! Dishes and everything else you'd need, it was all right there. My 17yo loved the Hideaway bed and my 15yo son slept on the nice loveseat cause he is not normal. Haha. The hosts were great and I would fully recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a fun and exciting stay in the gulches near Deadwood and Lead! Incredible and something the 3 of us will never forget!

Stayed Oct 6, 2023We had the best time at The Depot! The place was extremely clean and the owner was very kind and helpful! It is stocked with everything you could need! Very short drive into Deadwood and a nice reprieve from the downtown fun! We also rented a UTV for a day and it was absolutely the best way to explore the Black Hills! We will most definitely be back!!! Thank you Mad Peak!!!
