Stayed Apr 3, 2023Very clean, appropriate amenities, good communication with management, and only 1 block from gorgeous beach. Good restaurants nearby, and lots of nearby options for quick needs (rentals, ice cream, booze, etc). Great location! We were missing toilet paper in the primary, and there was only 1 role in the other bathroom, but no biggie - we took care of it on our first big trip to the grocery.

Stayed Feb 18, 2023Great location to the beach and downtown Holmes Beach area. Rental tenants below come and go pretty early in the morning - 6:30 AM not uncommon, loading and unloading scaffolding... kinda noisy! TV channels hard to work, otherwise very nice space. Nice deck area too.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022We stayed at the property for two months and really enjoyed it. It is a spacious, comfortable, well equipped house in a great location. It is close to many of the amenities in the island and only half a block from the beach. Only negative is the lack of cable service although some streaming services are available. Joe is an attentive , responsive host who was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Highly recommend

Stayed Dec 24, 2017We loved this place. Two minute walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Great internet. Not a thing to complain about. Well done!
