We had the most perfect stay. The location was fantastic. They had absolutely everything we could have asked for. The host, Katie, is very communicative and is easy to talk to. Kitchen fully stocked. Great space.

Great location, just close enough to downtown action but far enough to explore other parts of Nashville. Riverside has great run/bike paths and this was a cute, clean and prepared place to stay.

Omg best trip and VRBO ever!!! Condo is perfect and so cute with the Nashville vibe!! Coffee provided, games, fridge with ice and water maker! I woke up every morning to watch the sunrise from the balcony. I’m Magan and left a laminated copy of my itinerary in the guest book! Great spots!!! A

Great location for our conferences downtown. Easily walkable distance along the river. Location was nice with a group of 4, might not have felt as comfortable staying alone. Host a as prompt with communication, clear with instruction and very thoughtful in amenities and details. Would stay again.

Advertised exactly as it was. Cute place on the river, very walkable. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and be by the water. There's even a cute lil' groundhog outback to observe during your stay :-)

Host thought of EVERYTHING! Our group of 7 enjoyed our time here for CMA Fest ‘25. The location is perfect for Broadway and Nissan walking trips. About 20-25 minutes. Plenty of towels and extra pillows/blankets.

The host was super helpful and responsive. Cute little spot to stay for a weekend in Nashville.

We loved the condo. I enjoyed the wildlife off the patio on the riverfront while drinking coffee in the morning.

We had a fabulous time at Riverfront Condos! It was decorated so fun with every amenity we needed! It was clean and cozy too!

Gorgeous girl palace! My teens were amazed to find hot rollers, flat irons and high-quality blow dryers in the bathroom... clearly a place all set to host a gaggle of girls! The place was immaculate, kitchen well stocked, lots of towels, nice shampoo/conditioner... beautiful balcony to take in the nice weather with cute little woodchucks down below. The walk to town starts off in a less- populated part of town but quickly brings you into the hustle and bustle. We felt safe and happy in this little spot!

So easy to deal with the host. Nice balcony looking right over the river. Best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in - BY FAR. Everything needed was there. Everything in condo worked well. Good location for downtown/Broadway, and very restful to return to condo.

Perfect property!! Close to everything but keeping the tranquility of the river!! We had sun h a FANTASTIC time!! The condo had everything- all the little things you forget to pack where right there . Chargers , hairdryers, absolutely everything!! Thanks for being perfect hosts!!and oh so cute!!!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party in Nashville. When we arrived it was clear that the bedding had not been changed and the kitchen and bathrooms had not been cleaned. Additionally the AC was not operational when we arrived and we ended up going the first night with no AC. Both issues were dealt with as the property owner sent people to take care of these problems, but we didnt have full use of the space for basically half of the time we were there, since it was fixed Saturday afternoon and we were only there Friday to Sunday morning. Overall the space is very cute and worked well for 4 women staying there, and could have accommodated another person or two on the pull out couch. The hall bathroom shower is smaller than some cruise ship showers, which is saying something. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. Also we felt that the kitchen was not very well stocked as far as pots/pans.We really liked the location, the waterfront views, and an ideal living space for decorating for a bachelorette party, but there were just a lot of hiccups that ended up impacting our overall experience.

It was a good visit. This VRBO is about 19 minutes one way from Broadway, so its a jaunt. Sleeps 6, but listing indicates 7.

Together with friends of over 30 years all over the age of 70 this place was perfect. Nice walk to Broadway. Access to get in was very easy. Place was very clean. Everything you would need. Lots of information in regards to anything you would want to know. The host was very quickly to respond to any inquiries. Highly recommend!!Steve & Lucy. March 2025

This IS a 2 bedroom condo for you!!! With a beautiful riverside view of the Cumberland River and the tugboats traffic pushing barges up and down the river. Condo is beautiful setup and has everything you might ever need. I would highly recommend this unit and its representative Katie.

It was a get place to stay to celebrate my nephew's 21st birthday. It was within walking distance to Germantwon and Broadway, but far enough away form all the downtown noise to have a quiet evening. Katie was super helpful and responsives to any questions. Would definitly stay here again.

This unit is absolutely fabulous! It was so clean and welcoming. The owner obviously takes time to focus her attention on detail. There is everything you could possibly want or need in this unit. There was an abundance of Keurig pods for coffee or tea. There was lots of toilet paper, paper towel, extra towels for the bath. It has a wonderful view of the river. It is on the second floor so if there are any mobility issues, there are only stairs and no elevator. This was no problem for us. The only thing that I would warn people about is that our truck got broken into while we were staying there. In fact, four vehicles got broken into that night. They smashed a window and stole a bunch of things inside. This put a huge damper on our trip. It was such a hassle for us. Apparently there is supposed to be security there but obviously it was non existent that night. If you’re going to park a vehicle there, I suggest you park closest to the buildings and not along the back outer wall of the parking area. Leave nothing in your vehicle overnight. Other than that, it was so great!

Riverfront y'all was a great place to stay. It was a short walk or ride to both Germantown and Broadway. The place was clean and stocked with everything. Katie the host was very helpful with any questions we had.

There were 4 of us - two married couples who are best friends in their 70s. We used Uber every day to get around and it was the way to go vs. rental car. Our condo was just as pictured in the App. It was just like pics showed. The host was very quick to respond and she had
