Oceanfront property with partial oceanview

We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and tidy and Fernando was very responsive! Our daughters loved the decor and called it giraffe house Thank you for a great time!

We loved the location of this property. Its right across the street from the beach, and we could easily walk to Carlsbad Village for coffee, dinner, shopping, etc. And Fernando was very nice and quickly responded to messages. It was nice to have a designated parking spot, and there were beach chairs to use. We gave 4 stars because we felt the apartment could use some cleaning (windows, blinds, ceiling fans, and fresh coat of paint). We have family in the area, so those out of state were looking for a to-go place to book for visits but we will keep looking. However, I have to say, after an initial slight disappointment, we got used to the place and settled in for a great few days. The location is wonderful, honestly. Our teenagers could get out and walk to everything.

Pretty clean, cute, can hear the ocean but also the cars. Parking is tight and takes time. Very relaxing. Nice location. 1 minute walk to beach and the village is a comfy lively walk.

This home was ideal for our group (4 55 men) visiting Carlsbad for 3 days. The home was as advertised, but the could definitely use some investment to update it. Just a suggestion from a VRBO owner as well.

Everything about the place was perfect, will stay there again. Fernando was easy to communicate. Right next to the beach walking distance from restaurants and shops. Thanks again Fernando.

Great little beach house! Super comfortable and oh so close to the beach. So amazing to see the sunset over the beach from our front window! And the air… just so happy we came! Fernando, our host… super! Cant say enough. Will be back.

Clean space. Fairly quiet for being on main road. Worked well for a family of 4 who spent most of the time at the beach

We loved our stay here and was quiet, right across from beaches and walking distance to resturants, village etc. Also was nice having 2 bdrms for nights the grandkids stayed with me. Host also let you know exactly what was furnished in email which was nice since we usually hit the store first. Perhaps add a working broom (1 used a straw I found to hold the other together and perhaps a mop of some type would be a nice. addition as I like to keep things swept and mopped up. I did see one later out in the laundry room but was not sure if was for use or not. Host was also there any time we had a question. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect location! Close to everything you may want to see or do. Property is a little tired - needs some refreshing, but very clean. This is a main level unit with a unit above. If occupied above, it can be quite loud (you hear every footstep). Overall, this is a nice property in Carlsbad.

Great location. Easy walk to Carlsbad village, even easier walk to a great beach. Condo was in good condition and clean. It’s a bit old obviously and nothing fancy, But pretty solid for the location and price. Heads up if you have a large vehicle parking is very tight

The house was in a great location to Disneyland and San Diego...about an hour to both, but the best part was the beach right across the street. Easy to walk to. House was great, clean with heating and air. Laundry was right around the corner (bring quarters). Driveway was tight for a Chevy Tahoe, but husband made it work...lol. children loved their room with the two twin beds and the stuffed animals were a cute touch. Overall a great stay!!

The location of this was perfect, so close to the beach which was exactly what we were hoping for!

This condo was so perfect. The crosswalk to the beach was right there, so a huge plus for trusting our young teens to go back and forth. The parking space was a huge plus, especially for he holiday weekend. The owner was super responsive to all of our messages. The check in and check out were the easiest of any place we've stayed. Overall it was just right for our family!!!

The location was perfect but the stay was disappointing. The condo was very dated. The blinds weren't functional which didn't allow us to enjoy the ocean view. The parking was very difficult with the very narrow driveway. The side of the lower cupboard was filthy and there was no regular size trash can.

Overall very good. Manager very responsive! Location great but unfortunately lots of fog which no one can control. Worked out for family reunion.

This was a great place for my small family. The 2nd room was perfect for my preteens with two twin beds. We were able to get to Legoland very easily! Thanks for the great stay, we are hoping to come back in the future to actually explore this cute ocean area!
