Oceanfront Oasis: Step from Your Door to the Sand in San Diego

This property has great access to the beach which was why we wanted to stay there. We were also able to walk to restaurants and stores pretty easily. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with utensils, although the kitchen linens were lacking (1 dish towel is not sufficient for a 3-day stay). The cons were: parking being confusing and half a block away (reserved parking in the description is slightly misleading as it is not close to the property), and no A/C on the property and you cannot have the windows open at night due to the noise and pot smoking outside all night long. It as very uncomfortable at night and made sleep difficult.

This was a lovely place overlooking the ocean at Mission Beach. There were all needed amenities to have meals in or at nearby excellent restaurants. It was quit for sleeping at the back. Communication was great for check-in and checkout.

Great location, there were some plumbing issues that took quite a while to get fixed and there was only one bathroom but the host was prompt on sending someone over to fix!

Family vacation, 17 and 19 year old boys. Great location right on the beach. Great access to the beach and people watching. Only minor complaint might be that there was plenty of activity on the beach itself into the evening which could be loud (Tuesday nights are spike ball meetup nights). However, that should be expected given it’s right in the beach. Lots of food and drinks that are walkable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location is as good as it gets! Building is a little old be redone nicely inside. My only complaint is the rooms back up to the alley, and the alley lights stay on all night. Blinds don’t bock all the light, could use some drapes.

Great property. Clean, well-equipped. Full kitchen, parking space, laundry, fans and heaters for comfort, and the location and view can't be beat. Communication with Elise was excellent. Despite being on a busy part of the boardwalk, it was still very quiet at night. Bathroom recently renovated, very hot water! Would stay here again.

Excellent location on the beach- walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants- absolutely lovely sunsets- perfect for some family time together!

The space was exactly what my family and I had hoped. Very clean, well designed and comfortable beach front apartment with phenomenal sunset views and overlooking the pacific beach boardwalk. The place was in close proximity to lots of dining and shopping options so there was no shortage of things to do. We would stay here again.

Apartment with just what you need in a perfect location right on Mission Beach.

The pictures are accurate. The beds are comfortable. I felt safe with the locks, and outside caneras. The home was stocked with things we needed. The location was perfect for watching people along the boardwalk, surfers on the waves and even the dolphins swimming.

Our group had a wonderful time at the property. Waking up to the views of the ocean was unbeatable and there were plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby to relax at after a long day. Overall great experience

We stayed at this property 3 years ago and liked the location. Super surprised this time to see the owners had updated the bathroom and kitchen. Also new bath towels and beach towels which was very nice.

Everything was as expected for a beach front stay. Neighbors were very quiet, and we enjoyed our weekend.

The location is perfect: right on the beach, including great view from the dining area. Lots of restaurants/shops within one block radius of the location. Everything was perfect!

Awesome place. Front bay window looks out into the ocean. Everything we needed was there. Dedicated parking spot. Convenient location with everything within walking distance (stores, restaurants, etc.). Would stay there again.
