- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

    This was the perfect location for a family birthday celebration! The place was very clean and well organized and the ocean views were spectacular!! While we primarily used it as a centralized location, we did enjoy a fun game night in the comfortable living room. Great memories! We highly recommend staying here!!

    Great place to stay, I would definitely come back again. About a 15 minute walk to the center of town with restaurants and shops. La Jolla is a great choice when visiting San Diego. Place is nicely maintained, comfortable and clean.

    We really enjoyed our stay. We had easy check-in and check-out instructions. The location to the beach, restaurants and shops couldn’t be better. Well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

    Wonderful in every way. Absolutely the best location with a terrace overlooking the ocean. Bright, clean, airy rooms. Well supplied kitchen(we didn’t cook though) and comfortable bedrooms. Tastefully decorated. (The only thing we missed were tissues in bathrooms; a minor mention)Will return!

    Fantastic views of the ocean from the balcony. The weather was great so we were able to have all the windows open and enjoy the ocean air. Great location for walking and access to ocean. Only thing missing was dressers for storage.

    This property was just as described. Fabulous location above tide pools, between beaches, and a short walk to children’s pool and La Jolla cove. The unit was comfy, well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the balcony!
