Location -location-location! Property could use some paint and patching, but clean and comfortable.

Nice and Clean with the beach yards from the front door. The host was very quick to respond to any questions.

My husband and I had a lovely time in this cozy, converted studio located right on the beach. Everything we needed was there including a tiny, but well stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, full size range, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. The king size bed was dressed in crisp white sheets and included two 100% cotton comforters, with more pillows than we could ever use. The bathroom is dated and tiny with a nice hot shower and it served our purpose just fine. There was storage for our clothes in the bedroom. The living room had a large leather couch that converted to a bed with a high top seating area and a large screen television. A closet in the living room had beach chairs, and lots and lots of other things to use on the beach, which we didn’t really take advantage of. We were designated an (tight) parking space in front of the complex. The hosts were lovely to deal with and very responsive. Overall, the room was just what we needed for our one week stay. We will definitely return!

The host is amazing, responded to any questions within minutes. Checking in and out was a breeze and let us do a late check out at the last minute. The location is perfect, you are literally steps away from the beach! It’s close to shopping and restaurants yet far enough away from all the hustle, bustle and noise. The unit is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bedroom and bathroom are separate from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything including some basic spices a Keurig and a regular coffee maker.CON-The mirrored cabinet in the bathroom is tucked away from the sink and there is no lighting Could be replaced with something that has lights on it.Will definitely stay there again!!

The host was very responsive, clear with directions, and we had no issues with logistics. The rental unit was clean, and the location was right on the beach, which was really nice. The stove and fridge were full-size, and the dishwasher worked well too. The bed was comfortable, and there were many beach accessories available so you didn't need to buy or bring anything. My only comment that I would say was a bit of a hastle was that the bathroom was extremely small. It was fine for us, we are not fussy, but someone expecting a big bathroom might not like that aspect. We are happy renters, and would come back.

I had a great stay. Laura was a great host, the location was quiet, and steps away from the beach. One of my favorite spots so far!

The unit is cozy as advertised. It was very well equipped. The host was very easy to deal with. Our weeks stay was very enjoyable.

Excellent location, really clean beach, good free parking. Really quiet place. We had excellent vacation there. We are grateful Linda. I hope we can come back there next year.

Location was great, just a few yards from the beach, but the condo is very,very small and quite dated, showing lots of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable and the host responded promptly.

The location is superb! Clean, quiet and a friendly community. Host is amazing at communicating. This was our second stay. I’d come back over and over!

I brought my mother in law to LTBS for her birthday weekend. I love this location. I've stayed here several times in the past. Linda's home was everything we needed. You can't beat the first floor convenience and direct ocean view. We had a lovely weekend!

Highly recommend this property. The host was pleasant and clear in their communication. And the location was great--necessities (food, pharmacy, restaurants) nearby and a great beach almost outside the door. You never know just how close or good the beach is, but this was ideal--100 yards to the water and the same as the public beach a half mile down the coast

Property was just as described and met our needs. Our only wish would have been for a full length mirror. Proximity to the beach was awesome and that was our #1 priority. Having beach chairs and umbrellas provided for our use was also really nice. The host was very kind and quick to respond to our inquiries. She communicated the check-in and check-out instructions clearly and in a timely manner.

We have stayed at this Vrba several times now love everything about the property. Was a wonderful vacation. ty

If you’re looking for a fancy resort this is not it., but we loved it. Very clean, quiet, and friendly feeling! Tiny kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable king bed. Right on the beach with all the beach gear you’ll need. Perfect for a quick get away spot. We’d love to come back.

Nice unit in a good place on beach.

What a beautiful location! Steps to the beach and very quiet. Loved that the complex is small and this particular unit was on the end. Very close to lots of restaurants and things to do, but not too touristy. The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for our stay including beach umbrellas and chairs. My only suggestion would be a fresh coat of paint in the condo. It would really brighten and freshen up the place! Communication with Linda was fast and easy. Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! We would definitely come again!!

We were very pleased with our stay. We have stayed at this property several times and have always been very pleased and have never had any problems.

The location to the beach was amazing! Just a few steps and you are on the beach! We found the place very clean and cozy and were impressed with the efficient use of space. It was perfect for the two of us! We liked the full kitchen, the comfy king bed, the leather sofa and large tv. The bathroom sink area was a bit small but it worked. The closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and snorkel flag was an added bonus!

Perfect location, right on the beach, close to restaurants, stores, anything you need. Quiet property, very secure, nice amenities, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, high speed internet, assigned parking. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an ocean front room. Short minute walk to the beach. A short drive to restaurants, shopping and anything else you need. Room was clean comfortable and cozy. Had all the kitchen ammenities needed to make or cook whatever you want. Very secure and well kept !

Old building very small cramped apartment. The ocean view was blocked by a high dune.

Had a great stay at this place! Right on the ocean and a private beach access right in walking distance to everything you need.

The property was great, small cute and just right for what I needed. Beach access was right outside of the gate and the weather was perfect!

Perfectly described as listed, wonderful location. Not upscale or modern, BUT very cozy/quaint spot for 1 person or a couple with a nice ocean front view.
