Stayed Aug 9, 2025So if you have never been to the Jersey shore then this place is for you. It’s a little small and very limited seating. Best for a couple and no more. It’s in the basement of the unit ans the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked. It had some stuff but not everything. If you plan on doing a long weekend it’s fine. It is steps from the beach and boardwalk so that’s a huge positive. Ac worked so we kept cool. It was a place to lay our heads and close to the beach. Like I said if you are a couple with no kids and want a close to the beach and boardwalk place then go for it. James was great communicating he responded right away. I would say it’s a 6/10. The other units are probably bigger and nicer we had unit 2 in the basement. Not terrible but not great.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Had a great stay here. The place is certainly on the smaller side but is perfect location being a walk to beach and boardwalk. Host was responsive when I called at check in. Would definitely recommend
