Stayed Jun 19, 2025This was our fist time visiting Delaware and it was an absolute blast. Great place, clean, great host, and you CANNOT beat the proximity to the beach (as well as restaurants, shops, etc). We hope to come back soon!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024This apartment was absolutely perfect for our beach weekend getaway. Quick and clear communication with William from check in to check out. You simply can't beat the location that is a 2-3 min walk to the beach or the main street with all that Bethany has to offer. The sunporch was an awesome space to relax after the kids went to bed. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had a great time staying here. Very very close to beach, 1 short block to all the stores, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Parking pass for the street was priceless. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Stayed Oct 25, 2023My husband and I booked Bill & Ash’s place for a “spur of the moment” trip when we saw that the weather forecast was going to be sunny & warm for a few days. We are fortunate that this cute apartment was available! It is a breeze to walk to the beach, to gift shops, and to restaurants on the boardwalk. Bill is a personable, excellent host; and he provided very clear instructions for everything. He arranged for an early check-in time and a late check-out time for us, which we very much appreciated. We were the only ones staying at the property, so we were allowed to park in the driveway, which was nice. The beach chairs and beach umbrellas came in handy for us, as well as the garden hose, which we used to rinse our feet before going into the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!
