The location of this place was awesome! It’s less than 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and boardwalk, which was very helpful for us with a 6 month old infant! It is also very close to a nice park.The hosts/owners were also very responsive and helpful. The silverware drawer in the kitchen could have been cleaner (the silverware holder, not the silverware—that was pretty clean), but other than that we really liked it!

I had a great getaway at this rental—just steps from the beach and boardwalk, with a super helpful parking pass that made everything easy. Owner very responsive and friendly. Bethany is a freat place to stay in late September. Weather was very nice. Our accommodations were great. Didn’t know there was an upstairs above us. Guests above us woke us both mornings at 6 am stomping around for 1/2 hour each day. Other than that is was a wonderful getaway for us.

Great place. Best location. 1 block to the boardwalk and beach. Just me and my 15 yo son, but could have easily been comfortable for a family of four. Bill is an excellent host. Communication is great. Can’t think of anything that would have made it better. Thanks, Bill!

Great walking distance to the beach and downtown Bethany beach. Clean home, parking pass is great so you don't have to worry. We will definitely be visiting again. We would recommend staying here.

This place is located just a very short walk to the beach but also in a neighborhood without trouble of finding street parking. It was really the perfect location. Additionally, Bill and Ashley are among the best hosts I’ve dealt with. They are super communicative, always responding to queries within minutes and provided very detailed information before arrival. The apartment was spotless and spacious. In short, I would stay there again!

We had a wonderful trip. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location is superb and the courtyard was very useful. Bill, our host, went above and beyond to communicate and help us with everything we needed. Would absolutely come back.
