Right across from Victoria Beach on Pacific Coast Highway, this Laguna Beach studio puts you at the center of one of Southern California`s most beloved coastal stretches. Ocean and beach views greet you from the property, and the sand is just a short walk away - with beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear all ready to go when you are.

Sleeping arrangements
The studio features a king-size bed dressed in fresh linens, room-darkening shades, and a 65` TV. A full pull-out sofa accommodates additional guests, bringing the space comfortably to four.

Living space
Settle into a well-furnished living area with a large Samsung TV, comfortable seating, and a patio or balcony to take in the coastal air. Central heating, a mini-split AC, and a window AC unit keep things comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace and Ethernet connection are available if you need to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a casual breakfast to a full sit-down meal. It includes a 4-burner gas range with griddle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, hot water kettle, coffee maker with ground coffee provided, toaster, blender, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table complete the setup.

Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - everything you need to settle in and refresh after a day at the beach.

Laundry & supplies
An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, drying rack, hangers, and clothing storage make longer stays effortless. The home arrives stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

Access & check-in
The entire unit is yours throughout your stay. Entry is via a smart lock with a unique code issued before arrival - no key handoff needed, no waiting around. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra fee.

Location
The Drake restaurant is steps away, Ruby`s is a 2-minute walk, and downtown Laguna Beach is a 5-minute drive. Montage Resort is just 1 minute away. A free dedicated parking spot is included on-site, with free street parking also available.

Pets
Certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs are considered at an additional fee. No cats.
