Ocean View Private Apartment. Sleeps 4. Vacation while working at home.

Great private place for 2 people. King size bed, , table by the window to view the ocean and a comfortable couch/tv area. We have a home few streets away and this was the perfect place to stay to check on our renovation project . No kitchen , but, breakfast-lunch-dinner is a short stroll away. It was a pleasure to meet Jack and his nephew when we checked in . We hope to stay again to check on construction progress .

Clean, simple, uncomfortable. Easy check-in, and great communication communications from the host.

This place is settled almost perfectly between Boston and Cape Cod. The surrounding bars and restaurants fit in to the beach-type atmosphere. It's not meant for a long term stay in my opinion but it's perfect for a weekend getaway. It was clean when we walked in and we made sure it was cleaned when we walked out.

The apartment was just what we needed and very comfortable. Great location and hosts. We will plan to stay here again

Everything was clean, and in place. Extra comforters, towels, etc. Uncluttered, neat. King size bed was super comfy.I appreciated that Jack came introduced himself, and met us.

This place is perfect! Exactly as shown, just a great little your own condo in Marshfield, my wife and I loved it. Owner's communication was excellent -- we absolutely recommend it. And on top of all of that, you can see the ocean! Owner left us a few Koozys, what a nice touch.

We stayed for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. The place was clean, comfortable and as described. Walkable to a great breakfast place and the water. Would recommend!

It was a blustery rainy day when we made the short walk to the Hop for breakfast (great breakfast). I could have stood and stared at the water endlessly but the rain made me seek shelter. Such a beautiful spot. The flat is cozy, clean and well appointed. Nice to have a separate sleeping area. I’ll be back! Jack is a wonderful host.

The hosts couldn’t be nicer and this cozy flat is just perfect. A block from the beach. An easy walk to a fine breakfast. I’d stay here again.

We stayed for one overnight while in town for a music festival. Jack was a great host with excellent communication, friendly and welcoming. The property was clean and met. All of our basic needs. Check in was easy. The proximity to our music venue and the ocean was great!

The place is beautiful and easy to access. Just a block or so away from the beach. Spacious, comfortable and private. If we are ever in the area again we would certainly stay here again.

Exactly as advertised. A tidy, cozy, well-appointed place. Sink and micro without a stove/oven means that you can't do any real cooking, but that was fine for us. I might add a coffee table for the couch (?), but that's really it. We've stayed at bigger and more expensive places that weren't as welcoming and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was very comfortable and clean. The hosts truly went above and beyond to accommodate us when we came a bit unprepared for a wedding. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Very close to the ocean and depending on tides, a lovely beach closeby ( sunrise beach) We so enjoyed our time exploring the area and cant wait to go back! This unit was just right for what we needed. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Location is great -- Shops, food, beaches all nearby! Friendly host.

This unit was everything we wanted and just as the pictures showed! Fantastic location for walking to shops and restaurants, quiet street, and wonderful apartment setup! And the hosts were so nice and super accommodating!

Perfect space for our weekend stay. Quiet, clean and peaceful accommodations. Incredibly convenient location, parking for two cars was great, steps from the ocean, walk to restaurants, music, and church on Sunday. Only downside would be the steps up to the apartment, I expected stairs but not so steep; the railings on either side were great. If you do not have anyone with impaired mobility, this space is highly recommended.

My uncle needed a place to stay one night. He was in town for a family event. Jack was so accommodating letting him check in late. He said the rental is very comfortable and clean. Thanks again!!

Happy Hour ideal for our little weekend trip for the half marathon. Close to the beach and a short walk to the village (and the starting line!). The place was spotless, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for our family of 4, plus a great view of the ocean! Jack is a terrific host, so nice and welcoming , and really great with communication before our arrival. Would definitely go back.
