Ocean View Condo Btwn Rosemary & Alys Beach!

We liked that it was a bit away from the center of commercial areas; but had easy access to all shopping and restaurants and the fun things we were looking for, like walks to the beach. It was a wonderful place to relax and accessible to our friend who lives in Panama City Beach. (the reason for our trip)

The apartment was really nice and clean. Had an Ocean View. Owners were in communication to make sure everything was good. Right in the middle of everything and Rosemary Beach and Alice Beach. Would highly recommend.

Jorgen and Jeanene we’re very responsive when we first checked in and realized we only had one wristband for the beach. They continued to check up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our trip turned out great. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

This was the BEST place to stay! My best friend and I were able to celebrate 30 years of friendship at this special place. Within walking distance to all of the best places and beach! 10/10 would recommend!!

Good location, good property for our short visit.

We truly can't say enough great things about this studio and the exceptional communication from the property managers. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed—with thoughtful touches like sweet treats, drinks, and kind text messages letting us know they were just a message away if we needed anything.The studio itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was provided—beach access bracelets, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, a blow dryer, dishes, utensils, coffee...you name it, it was there. There is a beautiful partial view of the ocean from the 4th floor balcony and the lovely pool is right down below. This studio is walking distance to bars/restaurants and shops, so it's definitely the perfect location.This has been our best experience in Seacrest so far, and we’re already looking forward to returning to Hygge Heights in the future!

I enjoyed my stay in the Hygee Height Condo. The condo was a small one bedroom, but had all of the necessities for my husband and I. It also featured nice amenities such as a balcony with seating that overlooked the pool, a coffee station with pods, and light refreshments and snacks. The instructions were straight forward for check-in and check-out and the host were friendly and ensured that we had checked-in safely and provided contact info for if we needed anything during our stay. Everything in the room was well thought out and labeled, which made it easy to find and put items away. The closest beach is .3 miles away, which was a nice walk, but there are several beaches within driving distance as well. It was also close to the Rosemary beach square, where several shops and restaurants are located. We went for our babymoon, so we drove to the center but one can certainly walk/bike there and bikes were available with our stay, which was also great.

The property is in a great location. It's a short, easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was nice to come back to the relaxing pool setting at the end of the day and then watch the sunset from the balcony.

The property is located across the street from the ocean. Stunning views from the balcony and very clean property. We loved having the bikes to pedal around and grab food at our leisure! Everything was great and the hosts go above and beyond to check in and make sure you have a great experience! Amazing!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the area. Close access to the beach. Owner was very communicative, responsive, and very friendly. Even brought us a parting gift on our last day!

This is the best possible location if you’re wanting to visit Rosemary, Alys and Seaside Beaches! Everything in Rosemary and Alys is walking or biking distance and Seaside is just a short drive. The weather was cooler so we didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was great. The included bikes were a great bonus. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Hosts were great. Check in and check out were simple.

My experience I must say was excellent. First of all the location is exceptional. The cleanliness and attention to details was above and beyond what one would expect and I travel quite a bit. Nothing was left to chance. It made our stay so enjoyable all around that I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you. We will be back.

Precious condo in a perfect location. The price was well below surrounding condos with all of the same features and amenities. Great little place for a weekend getaway in 30a!

Fantastic hosts and a wonderful location. Easy walk or bike to anywhere. The studio was perfect!

We had a great stay. Clean accomodations and great access to both Rosemary Beach and Alys beach. Fabulous restaurants and family friendly stay! We want to bring our kids back with us next time. Also, we had an issue with one of the bikes but the owner reimbursed us for a rental to use instead. Small, tidy and conveinient space!
