In general it is a cozy condo. But next to the condo there are 2 construction sites and very loud. The details are poor: 1. Some of the days we stay are windy and there are a gap between the floor and the entrance door, so a lot of dust come to the room. 2. Tiles in living room and bedroom are not flat. Some of the tiles are popped up and easily fell 3. There are cockroaches in the room. I found 2 very big one( around 5cm!) 4. 7 nights stay they only provide 3 dishwasher detergents and not reasonable at all. Pros: 1. They have indoor parking lot 2. Next to Costco 3. Very safe with security

VistaVela was an amazing condo with beautiful views from the balcony of the famous arch, cruise ships, and beautiful sunsets. The condo had adequate seating for our group of four with the exception of the balcony which seated two comfortably. The three bedroom, three bathroom was perfect for a couple and two single people or three couples. Well equipped condo. Had everything we needed to cook. It had beach towels. The pool had nice views of the ocean and usually had a breeze to keep you cool. The pool is not heated and is quite refreshing in January warming some as the temperatures increased. There were umbrellas for shade!The gym was small but well equipped with 2 treadmills,a stepper, one man gym, and free weights with a weight bench. Pickleball court was great! Our host was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The condo is not within walking distance to the beach or town as you had to cross an extremely busy highway 1 but uber was excellent and reasonable There are several nice restaurants within walking distance and Costco and Soriana(grocery store) are only a block away!!We felt very safe and found everyone friendly and helpful We will definitely return…Thankyou Mowgli!!!!

Everything was as described. Beautifully decorated condo, very spacious and clean. Large Kitchen with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. Spacious living room with a beautiful balcony and ocean view. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, made me feel at home. The bathrooms/showers were amazing. We were looking for a relaxing laid back getaway and we found it. Will be back.Alice, Mary, Rosie

We had a very enjoyable time in Cabo and the accommodation was just what we required. Lots of room, central to all sorts. Mattresses and bedding might need to be updated or changed as we found it to be a little uncomfortable after the 3rd night. Easy access to buses and some very good local food stands and restaurants.

All possible details were accurately described and properly provided. We loved the location, being very close to a Costco. It was very convenient. We had a rental car and were able to negotiate our way in and out of town very easily. The accommodations were excellent!

Very nice property in a gated community. Great location. Host responded to any questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was as advertised. There were walkable options (Costco, Cabo Coffee and various restaurants) in the immediate area. Ubers into town couldn't be more convenient as well. We went daily and never had a wait time in excess of 3 mins with an average price of 100 pesos for a one way ride. Our children enjoyed the pool although it isn't heated so the water was a bit cold at this time of the year. The views were stunning. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place. Very clean. No bugs. Beautiful. Well stocked. Nice gym. Pretty flowers. Quiet. Safe!!! Close to best breakfast place. Cold pool. Not terribly close to town but short cab/bus ride. Overall wonderful

Wonderful accommodations!

Had a great time. Its large roomy and modern unit. Not much walking distance and the 'pin on the vrbo map is off, when I booked it showed as more of a downtown Cabo property. Beautiful views of lands end. Spent many hours just watching the boats go by. Would 100% stay again
