Stayed Jul 19, 2025This apartment was in a great location for access to Old Orchard Beach, it was great to have laundry facilities and a fully functional kitchen and we had a very pleasant stay. We did have a few issues with regards to communication from the host who prefers to communicate outside of VRBO via text messages. We were international travellers so don't have a US phone number and it took a lot of back and forth before they sent the information to access the property via VRBO a few hours before our arrival. The most notable issue was the unexpected lack of supplied bed linens. This was not mentioned anywhere prior to our booking or arrival and is highly unusual in our experience of using VRBO in the USA. Having travelled for 24 hours, discovering this on arrival meant a trip to Walmart to purchase bedding adding expense and further exhaustion. While the host did offer to drive 2 hours to deliver and loan us some bedding, by the time they had sent this message, we had already resolved the issue ourselves.This wouldn't have been a problem if communicated to us prior to arrival, or noted in the listing itself. This as well as the communication issues wouldn't have been a problem on their own however the combination of them within day one did give a poor first impression. Despite this, the apartment was a fine place to rest after our busy days and the air conditioner was extremely useful in the hot evenings.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This property was even nicer than we expected. It was the perfect location for our needs, near the Seaside Pavilion. Peaceful beach decor and spacious rooms. Best of all (to my mind at least) was the washer and dryer! We hope to return.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This is a wonderful property, close to the downtown area and beach. A lovely deck, spacious, accommodation, full bathroom, kitchen dining area. Wonderful communication with property manager. Absolutely recommended!
