Very clean, modern, perfectly located property. Walking distance to the beach and Carlsbad village, shopping, dining, etc. Quiet, well appointed and great communication without hassles via VRBO app. Great price all things considered compared to a hotel with much better amenities. Would definitely book here again!

This place was perfect for my daughter and I. I loved the close proximity to the beach and the local shops. It is very clean and the host was very responsive and easy to work with. I would stay here again next time I’m in Carlsbad!

Would highly recommend this rental property. Gated parking. Clean and well-furnished rooms. Nice kitchen with updated appliances. Carlsbad is a great area.

Unit F may be unique in the complex for having a sightline to a segment of ocean horizon one block to the west. It fulfilled my wish for a water view without the beachfront price. The apartment totally met our expectations for layout, supplies, cleanliness, quality and neighborhood. Gated parking space, pool, laundry room, and beach wagon for chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and sand toys. One block to beach access. Nice walks into the Village and south to Tamarack to splurge at Vigilucci’s. I reviewed a lot of options in Carlsbad and I can say that the Amtrak Coaster horn will be heard from anywhere in town because it passes through several intersections, but each approach is brief and not disturbing from 3-5 blocks away. We used the wall heater in November, and if A/C is needed in summer, you would need to request that they set up an indoor portable unit. Loved this place and would always choose it in future stays.

This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back again. These units are perfect for couples and small families. 1 blk to the the ocean to enjoy walks on the beach and for sunset every night. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We love this place.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Walking distance to everything! The place was so clean and comfortable. When I come back, this will be the place I will stay.

The property was spotless with fresh upgrades and plush comfort. Location was in the heart of Carlsbad with easy walking access to beach, restaurants, bars, and exercise trails. Bedroom could have used a blackout curtain to eliminate the bright lights shining from the street and neighbors. And if you keep your shades and windows open to take advantage of the lovely sea breeze you might feel like you’re in a fish bowl, and sometimes a noisy one with sounds from the street, sidewalk, and the walkway that abuts most of the unit’s windows.

Great location, two short blocks to beach and beach access. Very clean unit with all amenities.

The apartment was clean and had everything needed. The location was great with an ocean view from our balcony. The walk to the beach all depended on the stoplights but was 2-3 minutes tops.
