Ocean Sands 1107: Amazing Gulf Front Retreat

The condo was everything we wanted! We had hoped for a bit warmer weather, but we still had a great time!!

Great view. Street very loud. Condo rugs were filthy. Lots of dust.

We had a lovely time in Ocean Sands 1107. The view of the ocean is incredible! The unit itself is a nice size and the kitchen is well stocked. It was very clean and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. As mentioned in another review the carpet does have a number of stains but mostly around the dining area. I should mention that the location of the Condo is in a busy area and the nightly live music from the bar across the street is fairly loud and can be heard when in the second bedroom and living-room until about 2am. (You can’t hear it from the main bedroom). There are many great restaurants around and John’s Pass is walking distance. Overall we had a fantastic time!

Ocean Sands is a fabulous place to stay with a location that cannot be beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week visit and this condo did not disappoint. We loved the outdoor balcony with plenty of furniture for our entire group of six to enjoy watching the dolphins and beach activities. Such a convenient location within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops along Gulf Blvd. Walked many times down to John's Pass which is not quite two miles away. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful condo, friendly neighbors, clean beach and very nice pool area. The only recommendations I would suggest is to have the carpets cleaned ( stained and looked dirty) and the master shower needs to be snaked or have “ Draino” used. You stand in water and it takes a long time to drain. Although it is not listed, the condo does have beach towels, coolers, chairs, and toys if you have kids. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the couch does have a pull out bed. The beds are comfortable, and the master is a great size. We really enjoyed the balcony for sunsets. We saw dolphins everyday and Manatees a few times from the balcony as well. Close to many restaurants and shopping, and about 3 miles from John’s Pass. Would recommend, and would stay here again.

Condo was perfect, comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, well stocked kitchen and beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Great location to walk to numerous restaurants. Highly recommend Marios for dine in or take out. Would love to return some day. Sandy Beach Vacations helped me get paperwork to prove FL residency for Covid vaccination, which was greatly appreciated.

Loved the view. Very convenient location. Very comfortable accommodations. Great pool. Property Manager very helpful and friendly. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and on the balcony would have been nice. But overall I would highly recommend this condo.

We had a marvelous time at OS2 1107! Our friends from West Virginia had not stayed in a vacation rental before and wanted to get away from the cold weather at home. This condo was furnished very nicely with plenty of room for four adults, and the kitchen had almost anything you would need. We spent 3 weeks here and the views were great. Our first day there were dolphins playing directly out from the condo. The group at Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals was great. The instructions for everything were in a binder and easy to use. The only downside has nothing to do with the condo itself, but it is the live music from across the street on the week-end. It was very loud, especially in the front bed room. That being said, it probably wouldn't keep me from renting here again.

We loved our stay at Ocean Sands unit 1107. It was clean and comfortable just like being at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to make our normal Christmas dinner. Grocery store was in walking distance along with several restaurants. We will definitely will keep this condo in mind when we come back and will recommend it to others. Thank you for making our holidays so wonderful. We were so sad to have to leave. God Bless
