Situated on the outskirts of Newquay, with its world-famous surfing beaches and amenities, is the much quieter and more select neighbourhood of Porth, its cosy and family-friendly beach, being just a five minute walk from the apartment. Directly opposite the apartment is access to The South West Coastal path, affording walks with spectacular views to Watergate Bay and beyond.

The unusual 5m high vaulted ceiling of the living space, creates an exceptionally light and airy ambience. French doors open on to a glazed balcony on which to relax, appreciate the unrivalled views and enjoy the salt air and wonderful sunsets. The apartment is decorated and furnished throughout to reflect the colours of the coastal landscape, creating a calming and restful environment.

The fully fitted kitchen has German units, Silestone worktops and integrated Neff appliances, comprising fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer, oven and hob. There is also a microwave and coffee press.

There are two well-appointed bathrooms; a family bathroom with a bath and shower, and an en-suite with shower.
