Ocean Front, On The Boardwalk

Welcoming hosts and a beautiful , clean property . Location is amazing.

Unit was in good condition and well-supplied, great location and very accommodating host!

If I could give Marta and Ben’s home 15 stars I would! As part of a family reunion we rented their entire home, all 3 units. Our age range was 4 to 80. Upon arrival, besides being immaculate, all the units had fresh flowers, wine, beer and candy.The rooms were spacious and despite record rain and low temps, we all were very comfortable.The TV’s functioned well for the Bowl games and the 2nd flr (largest unit) had 2 refrigerators for a total of 4. Altho my extended family rented 3 other VRBOs, this was the very best. Not only for its location directly on the ocean and boardwalk, but this home has a very large patio area with rocking chairs & 3 picnic tables. The children and their parents appreciated all the beach toys and chairs we were given access to. WiFi worked great, beds comfortable (we’re very tall and all the King beds much appreciated) and everything was in good working order. Kitchens were well equipped. Definitely we would rent any of the units (or all) again.To have a parking pad was priceless altho many things were walkable. Above all, the hospitality of Marta and her husband Ben, (who live on the top flr but were both friendly but unobtrusive) was outstanding. We have been very fortunate to rent many vacation homes over the years. This was, all-around, one of the very best.

This beach house was everything we hoped for! Perfect location, peaceful vibes and stunning ocean views! We loved every minute of our stay and I can’t wait to go back!

This is an ideal home away from home. We could hear the waves from the living room and the ocean view is gorgeous. The host took immense care in making our stay as hospitable as possible. They had all the amenities that we needed as a family. Would definitely return!

Great location and attention to details to make our stay that much better! The hosts are on site (in another unit) and quick to help with little things, like a wrench to adjust bike seats! Thanks Marta and Ben, we will be back!

We rented both the 5 bedroom (upstairs) and the 2 bedroom (downstairs). We used the upstairs kitchen and living area and only used the bedrooms downstairs to sleep. The house was clean, beautifully appointed and Marta and Ben, even had fun welcome gifts for us. Any questions we had, were quickly answered. The kitchen was the best supplied VRBO kitchen that we've experience, including 2 coffee makers and a Ninja blender! They had a garage full of toys for all ages, including surf boards, great fun for all! The location of the house on the boardwalk is perfect, with spectacular views and volleyball nets right out our door. It was also close to restaurants and shops, but at the quieter end of the boardwalk. We will rent this unit again when we return to San Diego. We highly recommend this beautiful home. We had a fabulous weekend, and really appreciated the thoughtful extras, bottled water, wine, coffee etc. We will definitely return for another vacation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My husband, son and myself had a terrific stay in this lovely condo with those wonderful views. There were extra amenities such as a bottle of wine, chocolates and even large shampoo, a large conditioner and many spices. There was a very comfortable king bed and extra soft towels. We would definitely love to stay here again if we visit San Diego.

It is an older property but well maintained. Property owners live above the units and are very responsive to any needs. Great people.

We loved our stay here. It's location on Mission Beach is great. The views are spectacular and the condo is very clean. We met the owner who was very nice. We could be on the beach in seconds or take walks down the beach walk to restaurants. We would stay here again.herea
