OCEAN DRIVE BEACH PAD

Outstanding location! The proximity to everything in South Beach was excellent. The beach was amazing and the path along it was perfect for long runs. The room was clean and spacious! We loved it all. Great host!

Location was perfect. At the Ocean Drive just a few steps to the beaches. We had an Apartment on the backside of the building. It was very quiet during the night. Within a half a mile you can find everything you need. The accommodation was clean, the room is well equipped to prepare breakfast/lunch.Very easy and quick communication with our host Lee.

Perfect spot! Near the beach, near all the restaurants and things to do. Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back.

No view, but great location. Front of building leads to ocean blvd where everything all the fun action is happening.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, it's super close to the beach, and the available beach chairs and towels were a nice little bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was top notch. You may have to wait a few minutes for the hot water, but it will be there! No bugs, clean as a whistle,and reasonably quiet at all times.

The best location for beach lovers. Very clean space, generous room for a studio, everything in good order. Good communication with the manager of the property. Also tons of restaurants and shops around.

The unit was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed and the location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Miami.

I expected a smooth check in which were horrible. We waited more than an hour to check in with back-and-4th texts to the renter. The building wasn’t the cleanest room is much smaller than expected windows barely open. Front door is locked at night and couldn’t get back in.

Great location right on Ocean Drive. Within walking distance of many shops, bars, restaurants and the beach is right across the road. Would definitely recommend!

Apartment is very clean and the staff very friendly Love it

It was so close to the beach! Easy to get in & out. Had extra beach gear on hand! Truly wonderful. We made life long memories staying here :) We had everything we needed except for an extra blanket, that for some reason wasn’t given to us upon request which I thought was weird hospitality. The pull out couch bed is a single person/not comfortable for 2.

Alejandro was more than attentive and even allowed us to stored the luggage for some time after official checkout. Met us at the unit and made the process super easy. Very good property and centrally located right on Ocean Drive. The beach and the boardwalk across from the building. Highly recommended.

The property was very nice. Lee was very good to communicate with us. When we first arrived to the loud music at the bar/restaurant in front of the building we were a little nervous but we did not hear the noise in the apartment at all. The location is by far the best part about this apartment. Right across the street from the beach, close to a liquor store, grocery store, CVS and Walgreens not to mention a large variety of restaurants and night time entertainment. 2 blocks from the free trolley or bus routes. The apartment had beach chairs, beach mats, beach towels and an umbrella. Such a bonus!!! The only thing that I would say could use improvement is the access to the building was sometimes hard to get into, and the hallways are so dark that it made it hard to get into the room at night. Easier access would be great. The halls were noisy when people would come and go. Some of this may be due to the oldness of the building. With that being said, that is part of the appeal of the building and why we chose it. The sofa bed was a little hard but that seems typical of sofa beds. Overall I give this property and Lee a 5 star rating and I would stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location

Perfect location, clean. One recommendation would be nice to get new sheets and pillows. We would stay again in the future.

It’s an old building, somewhat rundown and musky smells. Room was ok, very dirty windows. Decent price

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It has everything you need and we appreciated that it was also quiet in the midst of Ocean drive. The queen size bed is on the soft side (memory foam) and the sofa bed is very firm, but we made it work.There was an electrical issue during our stay that was taken care of the next day. Lee is very responsive to anything that is needed and easy to communicate with.

The place was clean, exactly as described as on the pictures. Location is the best. Highly recommend! Checkin process is easy. Thank you!
