Ocean City Condo Steps from Boardwalk, Ocean View!

I was really pleased with the venue. I could see the beach from one of the windows. It was much more commodious than the picture really shows.

My husband and I stayed over 4th of July and have no regrets! The best part about the place was how close it was to the boardwalk. It was maybe 200ft. Easily walkable distance. Because we stayed during the holiday, we couldn’t find any free parking near the premise, so we chose the paid parking option. At the time of our stay we paid 25/day. Overall, we had a good experience. The host was very courteous and she replied promptly. No issues with communication:)

The stay was right by the boardwalk with very easy access and the overall room was perfect. It was nicely decorated and clean when I arrived. My partner and I loved it so much!

When we stay at a property we expect to park at the property. There was no on-site parking as indicated. We payed 25.00 per day for parking that was about 1/2 block away. That was not too bad but if we left our spot we would lose it with no guarantee of another spot in that lot. We were not comfortable driving around looking for another parking spot that we would have to pay for again when we still had time at our previous spot that we lost because we moved our car. Parking is a big issue.

The property itself, and all the amenities were wonderful, and the communication with the property manager and the owner of the property were also so helpful. The location is so convenient to the beach and elevator service makes it very much easier for those with any physical disabilities. The studio was pristinely clean and had everything that we needed to make our stay wonderful ! We will definitely be back again !!

Very easy access to both the boardwalk and the beach

Awesome spot within walking distance of beach and boardwalk. Great room and perfect for us two. Renter was great communicating information and touching base. Would stay here again.

We loved everything about this property, including its close proximity to the beach, its amenities, and cleanliness. The host was a wonderful communicator and the condo is equipped with just about everything you could need. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quick and easy getaway. It's a great location. I liked that there was a view of the ocean from the window. The space was just like the pictures. From some of the reviews, I was worried that it would feel cramped, but it didn't. It is true, as the description says, that there's not much floor space with the extra little bed, but it's manageable. My kid loved the sand toys, and my partner appreciated the beach chair and umbrella. I was glad to be able to leave these things at home! We parked in the discount lot on the same block ($60 for two nights and a morning), and it was great to have our car, room, and the beach all so close.

The host was super accommodating and the location could not be better! Parking can be a little crazy, but I was able to find a spot within 2 blocks every time (Plaza St. usually has something and is only 1.5 blocks from the building!). 100% recommend staying here!

Very small, but clean and cozy. Parking is not included and can be challenging to find at the busiest times.

My son and I stayed here on a short trip up the Jersey coast. We were able to walk to the boardwalk, which was great. Parking on the street is only 4 hours at a time, ($9/4 hours) but the lot just west of the building is $20 for overnight with in and out if needed. Room was clean and in a safe/secure location. Thanks for the great communication!

5 Day stay for 2 active people. Clean, great location. A place to sleep and shower.
